Beautiful home with great space!! We loved the pool and outdoor areas. We were in town for a baseball tournament every field was close and easy to get to. We will definitely be back!

The house itself was so spacious and laid out nicely. The neighborhood was delightfully quiet and had great things to do. We loved being able to use the pool to cool off and the hot tub was also a great addition. Ingrid was so great to communicate with and she made sure to check in if we had questions. I would recommend this place for a quiet and relaxing stay! It checked off all the boxes you want for an amazing stay.

We recently traveled to Florida for a week vacation for some relaxation and to visit friends in the area. We booked our last few days here at this home in Punta Gorda. I did some research and read reviews before finding the right home to wind down our last few days. I have to say this was the best stay we have had, everything Troy listed about this home was on point. The home was extremely clean and the owner provided everything we needed to complete our stay. The location was a plus because we were 5-10 minutes away from some great restaurants. We plan on staying here for our next adventures to Florida. Thank you Troy for being so accommodating.

Everything about the house was as advertised! House was super clean, well organized, and has a great layout. The lanai was amazing, and has a large TV to catch all the games! Great hosts, Donna communicated regularly to check on us, and has a great guidebook for the area in the house! Highly recommend this home.

We had a great time during our stay. There were plenty of pots, pans and dishes in the kitchen. All the rooms were really clean and the beds were comfortable. I definitely recommend the property and would stay there again.

This is an amazing property! We could have stayed at the pool/lanai the entire week and been content. The dock was great for fishing and with the game room, dvds, and board games it made it easy for meals to be prepared without anyone being bored. James has thought of everything to make your stay incredible. Gator Mikes was great for mini golf and Kumo Japanese Steakhouse was delicious for a fun night out!

The home is absolutely beautiful. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. We wanted a quiet, private and peaceful getaway to celebrate our anniversary and this was the perfect place. In fact, we loved it so much we never left the house the entire week. Tom is a fantastic host. He thought of every detail down to a chilled bottle of wine on our arrival. Please don’t sell this property so we can come again!
