Vacation rentals near Academy of the Arts

I spent three nights at Duck Cove to unwind after many demands at home and work. The cottage was amazing! The owners have thought of everything, including supplies for s'mores, books, bikes, and kayaks. Everything was comfortable and spotless. I particularly liked that Tim meets guests to show them around. I can't wait to return.

The photos of this listing don’t do the house any justice. The property is beautiful. The house is open and well stocked. The view is amazing. The pool is just perfect. We came with myself, my husband, our 2 year old, my mom and brother, and his dog. Everyone had their own space and privacy, allowing for everyone to relax on their own timeline. Ending the day to the amazing sunsets over the water from the pool were my favorite. There are grocery stores and other things of that nature within just over 10 minutes. Minda was amazing and very easy to access when we had questions. There is plenty of towels for both shower and pool. We all left saying how fabulous of a house this was and the perfect place to vacation. The guys even caught crabs for dinner the last night. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your home!

Overlook at Dun’s Cove was, simply put, the most beautiful and tranquil place my wife and I have ever stayed—the perfect setting for our 30th anniversary getaway. The water front view is absolutely stunning, with the cabin at the edge of the woods and perfectly situated to greet the sunrise over the cove each morning. The inside of the cabin was immaculately clean, with the comfortable seating area and kitchen stylishly appointed with high-end furniture and appliances. And our host, Doris, was so kind and thoughtful, going the extra mile to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. The overall experience made for an anniversary my wife and I will always remember and cherish—We certainly hope to return to Overlook in the future!

We were there for son’s wedding weekend. We could not have been more pleased!

Our stay at this cottage for our weekend in St. Michael’s for the Sea Glass Festival was perfect. This cottage is as described and just so cozy. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked! Walkable to everything too! We will be back

As advertised. Great views, dock and decks. Inside is modern, functional and very clean. No complaints whatsoever.

We arrived on Friday night and all of the restaurants were closed except for 1, Dock House, (due to high water) from a storm. We went there and I overheard a patron talking about the houseboat they were staying in. I explained I overheard her conversation and we are also staying in the 2 bedroom houseboat. After eating a nice meal we met up with our neighbors and their friends and had a wonderful time!

This place is what we were all looking for. Other than the baby we all work so we wanted something where we could just hang out and go out if we wanted. Loved lounging the pool playing games. Guys loving fishing and trying to catch crabs.Sunsets were beautiful !!
