  • Great place!! Great location!!

"Great place. Comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen. Wish we had time to ride the bikes they had for our use. Another time Great location close to town. It not too close so the traffic noise was not there Will stay again next time we are in Moab"

  • Amazing House and Location

"This is our third year in a row of stay at one of Bo's properties for our annual ski trip. This years house was amazing, clean and very spacious. We had 9 guys and everyone had a bed. The large living room and open concept made it feel spacious for such a large group. The location is great given you can walk to town in a few minutes. The property manager is on top of everything, very responsive to requests. Would recommend to anyone with a large group/family andare looking forward to staying there next year!"

  • Wonderful Family Ski Experience

"This property lived up to all our expectations and more! It was absolutely beautiful and offered every convenience. My wife and I booked our stay for a family gathering with our two adult children and six grandchildren. The house comfortably accommodated all twelve of us. We had a wonderful time; the ski in and ski out was perfect. The shuttle service was very convenient; it was always prompt and the drivers were very helpful and courteous. We are already looking forward to our trip back here next year."

  • The last homely house

"This is really an amazing house; I've rented many places in southern utah, and this is definitely the place I'd return to first. The most exceptional thing is the location; the very last home before 40 miles of wilderness canyon along the Escalante river leading to the colorado river. We walked from the house to Phipps Arch which (apart from a river ford) was an easy and incredibly beautiful hike. Watching the sun rise on the canyon walls in the morning is something I won't forget. The house itself is very well appointed -- my 5 yo daughter loved the hidden bedrooms, and the kitchen is a pleasure to cook in (although there is no microwave, and our fruit did get a few mouse nibbles overnight). Hope to get a chance to return soon!"
