The apartment has upper and lower terraces with a small private garden within the outer garden. The terrace will take 6 people around the table as well as sun loungers. TV with UK satellite channels, DVDs, books, local guides and maps, restaurant recommendations, board /card games and beach toys, bikes, high chair, cot, towels and bedding are all provided. Maid service is available if required.

Built in 1990, the villa is fully furnished with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds which can be as one), 1 room with large bunk beds. All beds are good mattresses. 1 bathroom with bath and shower & separate WC downstairs with basin. There is a washing machine and sofa bed. TV with UK satellite channels and a selection of DVD’s and own secure garage for parking - accessed via electric gate. Accommodation is for 4 or 5 persons. It is ideal for families with 2 - 3 children or couples who wish for a quiet location close to all amenities.

The family fell in love with this villa immediately, largely due to its location being close to the beach, having a pool outside the property and its proximity to the local amenities. There is no need for a car in this property.
