Here is the adventure you have been waiting for....a very private Villa, located directly on the sea of Abaco. Soak in the the pristine sands and crystal turquoise ocean from every room! You will find our newly enlarged great room spacious and comfortable for listening to music from the xm radio, your ipod, or from our cd library. Step outside onto either of the three decks and let the cool ocean breeze take your cares away, or have a relaxing tropical drink under the cooling shade of the cabana. We have spotted dolphin and rays from the deck, as well as a night heron and other numerous birds. This unique spot nestled in the Casuarina pines for shade is literally 25-30 yards from feeling the cool water on your toes and the spray in your hair.
Our Villa is uniquely and comfortably furnished both indoors and out. All linens, towels, and kitchen ware is provided (including a bread machine, crisinart coffee machine, and coffee bean grinder). It is air conditioned and also has ceiling fans in each room.
Located on the eastern side of Great Abaco Island, Treasure Cay is a quiet place to get away, and find adventure. The 3 1/2 mile horseshoe shaped beach that the Villa is located on was listed as One of the Top Ten Beaches in the World by National Geographic. Pick your adventure.....take a walk out the sandbar and find hoards of Sand dollars, Wade to Sunrise Cay (a tiny island off of the tip of Treasure Cay), Kayak in the emerald water, take an Island hopping trip to the out islands....or simply prop your feet up and pull out that book.

Why the Owner Chose Treasure Cay
We began visiting Abaco in the early 80's and simply fell in love. We always dreamed of owning our own property there, which became a reality in 2000. One our favorite Beach Villas came up for sale, directly on the beach. We bought it and have since enjoyed the get away of our dreams.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We love the community of Treasure Cay; it still carries the traits of another time and age. Close community, quiet beaches, and friendly folk fill the Islands. You can also live a world of adventure: scuba diving, boating, sailing, exploring. Our property is directly on the beach; thus, sometimes the most needed adventure is simply a good book on the deck.

Brent and Alisa Bigham live in the Mountains of Georgia, USA, with their two of their three children Seth [16], and Sam [7]). Emily their oldest child lives with her husband, Dirk in Spokane, Washington while he finishes his degree at Moody Bible Institute. Their dog Leila, four cats (cracker, daisy, hobbs, and eva), and Quervo the Horse also hang out with the Bighams at their home in north Georgia.

We so enjoyed our visit to Treasusre Cay and our stay in your villa. The villa was so nice...the online pictures just do not do it justice. We were truly in paradise. We are looking forward to a return visit but hopefully we can stay a little longer next time ....5 days just wasn't enough. It was the perfect vacation spot to just kick back, relax, enjoy and just get away from it all.

My husband and I just returned from our third visit to this wonderland. What can I say... the strangest thing happened, we enjoyed staying in the house as much as outside of the house. The location is perfect, the furnishings are lush and tasteful, and the view of the ocean can't be beat. This villa has every appliance, amenity and comfort one could wish for on holiday. During our past visits, we've done all of the lunch and dinner activities offered in TC, this time we just stayed at the home and cooked or barbecued. With the bathwater warm ocean just steps away, we literally did not want to be anywhere else. I'd highly recommend this place to those considering it.

I just want to say without doubt that your villa is the BEST one on Treasure Cay. The view from from every window is beautiful. Love the new decor and the new mattresses!!! We ate seafood everyday, staked out the beach lounges for afternoon naps, went fishing, swimming in the ocean, rented a car for two days & drove to Marsh Harbor, and as mush fun as all this was, we could'nt wait to get back to the villa every afternoon. Thank you much for sharing it with us.

We just returned from our first stay in the villa since it was remodeled. It is GORGEOUS and very well done! The kitchen is amazing and we cooked many nights rather than venture out for dinner. Everything was perfect. We will definitely stay here again and again!

"We straggled into Treasure Cay at 7:45 p.m.(in the dark) -after a long day of travel . We dragged ourselves around the corner to the villa and joyfully entered a Bahamian jewel.Airy,spacious,beautifully,tastefully and imaginatively decorated. The feel and and perspective is marvelous.The view of the unending white sand,the turquoise sea and the barrier islands is soul soothing.A great island,a great villa and a great holiday."

We were nervous about renting a villa online, but were pleasantly surprised when we discovered that this villa was AWESOME. The pictures hardly do it justice. We have stayed in different accommodations the last two times we visited Treasure Cay, but they did not hold a candle to this villa. The furnishings were lovely and comfortable and the location is fantastic. We will definitely stay here again. You will not believe how close you are to the water. Literally, you step off of the front deck onto sand. The owners are very nice and so easy to work with during the pre- and post-stay process! And the local caretaker (and the office staff in general) was helpful. We locked ourselves out once and it was taken care of immediately!
