This is a wonderful location to enjoy the heart of Hood River and all the beauty that the Columbia Gorge has to offer. Relax on the balcony in comfort and take in the sights and sounds of The Gorge.
The condo is a three story building, with the main floor of the condo located on the second floor and the bedrooms are located on the third floor. Thoughtfully decorated with all new furnishings, linens, appliances etc. Amenities include Wi-Fi, Direct TV, DVD, CD player, AC, ceiling fans and BBQ. The master bedroom has a King bed, private bathroom with shower, walk in closet, convertible couch /double bed and views of the Columbia River. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and views of downtown. There is a fully equipped laundry room, and hall bathroom with a shower/bath. . There is free parking on the street, in front of the condo.

- Balcony: This is a great place to hang out. There is comfortable furniture and a coffee table which makes for great relaxation time or socializing. Enjoy people watching downtown or watch the kiteboarding and windsurfing at the beach/event site.

- No Pets Allowed: Sorry, there is no place outdoors for a pet to use the "bathroom". Sorry no cats allowed, due to allergies.

- Smoking Not Allowed: There is no smoking allowed. No smoking allowed on the balcony. If you want to smoke, you must go outside and close all windows and doors to prevent smoke from entering the home. Please dispose of all butts to prevent paying an extra cleaning fee. There is a fumigation/cleaning fee for smoking in the house!
