  Typically when renting a house of a vacation home website the pictures are not nearly as nice as the house. This was 100% not the case with this property. The house exceeded expectations which were very high going into our trip. It is perfect for a couples getaway or family trip offering a nice pool, and four bedrooms with their own separate bathrooms and balconies. The views are breath taking and to top it all off a made comes half way through your stay to take care of minor things around the house. Lia was phenomenal in providing advice on restaurants, charter fishing boats (we caught a 250 LB Marlin), as well as just general information such as what grocery stores to go to. I would go back in a heart beat and would take everything Lia says at face value because she steered us right in every way for our trip. Thank you Lia and we wish you continued success in renting our your beautiful vacation home.

  We just got back from 4 nights in Cabo and enjoyed every minute staying at Villa Bella Vista, it was wonderful! We had 9 people in our party and this was a perfect house for that size of a group. - The house - This 6000 sq foot home is beautiful with stunning views, convenient location, and every amenity to make it a very comfortable stay. The layout is perfect to allow a group as large as 10 people, but at the same time give everyone their privacy. With each bedroom on its own floor we felt as if we had our own area of the house. The main level had a huge kitchen, living & dining room and the patio with a pool overlooking the marina. There is a gas grill which came in handy, especially after we went fishing and brought home our catches! The kitchen was fully equipped with all cooking supplies, plates, glasses, etc. They beds are very comfortable & each bedroom has a bathroom of its own. The air conditioning worked well and only took a few minutes to cool down the rooms. There is a laundry room with washer/dryer. The wi-fi was fast and we were all able to catch up on a little work too! They provide 2 phones - one to call the U.S. and one to call locally. There is a list of phone numbers right on the counter such as who to call for a taxi, the management's number, etc. - Location - GREAT location. Pedregal is perched in the hills above the marina and Medano Beach. You could walk down (but don't recommend walking up). Taxis are very easy to get too! When we needed one to pick us up at the house, we called the front gate and they had one there in 15 min. It was convenient to everything! - Staff & Owner - The staff & owner were great & super helpful. Before going, Lia provided a list that included everything from recommended restaurants, activities, where there is a gym, etc. The management was very helpful as well once there. They greated us and showed us all the rooms, how to work everything, etc. Before leaving, Debbie the manager called to instruct us where to leave the keys plus various things we needed to know about checking out. The maids did a good job too - they re-stocked us on towels, etc half way through and did a thorough job cleaning. We did use Lia's recommendation for the fishing - a guy named Martin. Martin set 8 of us up on a beautiful 38 sq foot fishing boat. They were professionals and we caught so much fish including a 120 pound 8 foot long Marlin!! It was an amazing vacation!!

  We had a wonderful time and the Villa was very accommodating. Our group included three couples and the privacy of the suites was perfect for our needs.

  Thank you so much for sharing your place with us! I have stayed at this location twice now. Once, just my husband and I and more recently with a group of friends. I recommend Villa Bella Vista regardless of your group size - you'll be sure to have an amazing and unforgettable trip. The owners thought of everything with regard to the home and amenities - you feel so welcome and comfortable, a true home away from home! And the best part when traveling in a group is that each room feels like it's own oasis... you aren't sharing rooms or walls. Each room is equally equipped with it's own balcony/patio and everyone wakes up to the same great views of the ocean! It is an absolutely amazing home. The location was perfect and very convenient for doing everything Cabo has to offer from the local tourist attractions to visiting the new resort, Capella for a gorgeous and unforgettable dinner at El Farallon. I definitely recommend this home for your next Cabo getaway! Thanks again Lia!

  Lia thank you so much. We had a wonderful time. The Views were spectacular!! We had 8 people and it was perfect. Each person had their own Master bedroom and Bath. It was very private. The walk to town was very short. We enjoyed Marlin fishing, horseback riding, Snorkeling and riding Jet Skis. One of our best vacations. Your maid was wonderful. Took care of everything. She even cleaned the barbeque. When we come back to Cabo we will set reservations with you again. All the info you gave us was very helpful. Thanks again Lia for letting use your beautiful home!!

  We stayed here with friends for my wife's 30th birthday, and it worked out wonderfully. So well in fact we are now seriously looking at property in the same neighborhood to buy for a vacation home. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and safe. We walked to town and back a couple times each day. The walk back is daunting as it's all uphill and not exactly short, but it wasn't so bad as to deter us. There is a convenience store just outside the neighborhood entrance from the public garden where you can restock on anything you'd go through quickly (beer, bottled water, snacks, etc.). The home was undergoing some minor remodeling while we were down (paintwork, and basic maintenance) so there were some things that weren't perfect, but we were informed by the owner ahead of time. The view is incredible and you could honestly spend days in a row just relaxing on the patio with a drink and good friends and not have to go anywhere if you wanted. The beds were comfortable and clean, which you never know for sure you're going to get in a rental home! Literally the only bad thing I have to say had nothing to do with the owner or the home, and is completely avoidable... Don't let the property managers do your grocery shopping unless you are comfortable paying an hourly rate similar to what a lawyer or doctor probably makes in Mexico. Just have your driver stop on the way from the airport to the house and pick up what you need yourself!

  We traveled to Cabo in January of 2011. This house served our group of four couples perfectly. The layout of house allowed each couple to have their own privacy since we each had our own level of the house. We all had our own balcony, bedroom and bathroom. The main living area is large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. Probably the most remarkable thing about this house is the incredible views. The house is situated above downtown Cabo, overlooking the marina. We walked to town each day, but be warned it is a steep walk back up! Our group didn't mind the walk, since we know we got our exercise in for the day. At night we took a taxi home since there are no street lights. The owner Lia was very patient in answering our many questions, and the property manager was also wonderful in responding to any needs we had during our stay. We highly recommend this property.

  Lia, your house was just outstanding. The view was everything and more. Watching the ships come in, the fireworks at night. Who could ask for more. We had a family vacation and there was privacy for everyone. The rooms were beautiful. I encourage everyone to stay. the walk into town and the beach were also highlights. We could not have had a better family vacation with our kids and grandkids. Thank you so much for all the information you provided. We will come back again. It was simply OUTSTANDING!!! Dick and Dee

  My girlfriend and I stayed here in December. Everything was really great. The kitchen is great for staying in and making meals. The pool and deck are perfect for staying in as well. But, just the same, the house is close to town so it's easy to go out. I'd live here, if I could...
