Highly, highly recommend! A tremendous experience from start to finish. Worked beautifully for our group of 13 women for a bachelorette party. The neighborhood felt safe and even had a small cafe within a 5 minute walk (downhill) to grab coffee. House itself is lovely. Clean, polished, expansive, with multiple spaces for gathering and relaxing. Perfect for a large group. The view can’t be beat — especially from the infinity pool. Mattresses were comfortable, air conditioning was cooling. Of note, two of the bedrooms have separate entrances from the main interior of the house. Not an issue with a group of adults, but would note if traveling with children. House was well stocked with necessary items.Marilu, the owner, was incredibly helpful and accessible. She aided in setting up all transportation and communicating with the transportation company directly. She was available throughout our stay and was quick to respond and solve any issues that arose. She connected us with chef Alex, who created a delicious dinner experience at the house. Housekeeper cleaned daily and efficiently. A wonderful stay!

Had my wifes 40th birthday party at the property, it was beautiful and even better than the pictures. We did use our own concierge service as it was a little difficult to understand pricing and options through their concierge, but we had a wonderful time and I highly recommend this property!!!

Absolute Paradise – Best Experience We’ve Ever Had!This property exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, it felt like true paradise. Maria was absolutely wonderful—warm, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything. Chef Alex and his team were unbelievable—every meal was a culinary experience we’ll never forget. Our housekeeper kept the home sparkling clean every single day, and the attention to detail was incredible. The views were breathtaking, and the location was perfect—just a short, easy Uber ride into town. We truly can’t say enough good things about this home. It was, hands down, the best vacation we’ve ever had. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

My family had an amazing time staying at this incredible villa! The house itself is awesome and decorated very well. Marilu has a great taste for design and furniture. The view is incredible, especially during sunsets. We saw countless whales breaching off the shoreline. Marilu was a great host and communicated well, any time we had a minor issue or question she responded right away. Our kids loved the pool, which came stocked with inflatable tubes, matts and balls. She also setup transportation to and from the airport for us.We hired the chef for every breakfast and one dinner, and every meal was great. It was so nice not having to worry about meal prep or cleanup after.One of the most impressive parts of the trip is when our kid got a bad ear infection. We let Marilu know and she had a very nice doctor visit our house within an hour of our call for a relatively small cost. He had our kid's prescription delivered within an hour of that.The cleaners also spend a lot of time and effort keeping the place very clean every day.The one thing people with kids should be aware of is that 2 of the bedrooms are only accessible from the outside of the house and have their own access doors, but they are nice rooms with their own bathrooms. As far as transportation is concerned, Uber was very easy and affordable for quick trips to town or even down to the beach and back if you dont feel up to walking it.I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We would def go back!

Outstanding Property

We had an amazing time at Marilu’s property. She was very easy to communicate with and accommodating, as was her house manager. The house was immaculate, spacious, comfortable and conveniently located. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing View and Excellent Service

Marilu and their team were excellent in helping us prepare for the trip and having the house ready for our arrival. The welcome drinks & snacks were delicious, the concierge helped with all of our requests, and the housekeeper was wonderful. We would definitely stay at Villa Maria again! (highly recommend the private chef service, the meals were amazing).

Friends Cabo retreat

Property was great. All the bedrooms had bathrooms and were beautiful. Everyone loved it so much we didn’t want to leave and we stayed at the house more than we anticipated. The chef was a must.

Better than expected

We just returned from our trip for my wife's 40th birthday party with some friends. We cannot express how great of an experience we had. Julia arranged everything we needed before and during the trip. For future guests, please take advantage of the chef to cook in the house, we regret not using him for more meals. House is beautiful and the entire property was amazing. It will be tough to top the experience we had at this amazing listing.

Golf Trip

A group of friends and couples stayed at Villa Maria and we had a wonderful time. Marilu was a terrific host and was extremely responsive for the duration of our stay. The house was incredible -- note that the pictures online do not do it justice; it was truly the best looking house on the block. The house is close to downtown and also has terrific views of the pacific ocean and sunsets. 5/5 stars is not enough!

Sam's 50th Birthday Extravaganza

Villa Maria and the staff exceeded our expectations! The house was so warm, beautiful and invitng...perfect for a 50th birthday party! Everything was even better than described in the VRBO listing. Sleeps 12+ very easily and the house is layed out well. Everything was in working order and if we had any requests or concerns, Betty (the house conceirge), was there and ready to help! The food was great and the chef was ready to cook! I would highly recommend Villa Maria...We can't wait to go back!

Excellent well managed property. Highly recommended

A family group of 8 adults/5 small children had the pleasure of staying a week over New Year's at Villa Maria, perched on its Pedregal hillside with views out to the Marina and the Pacific sides of Cabo San Lucas. The house is spacious, extremely well equipped and graciously furnished...6 en suite bedrooms (all very nice...the master especially so). Daily cleaning/linen service included. We took advantage of the available concierge services and had groceries pre stocked (and topped up) and arranged most meals with a chef, a real convenience with small children to cart along to restaurants (thank you Joshue! You were excellent). The extra cost was reasonable and well worth it. Special thanks to the concierge. We also met the owner...she's gracious and charming. The adults were all repeat Cabo visitors and Villa Maria's ambiance so pleasant that we ended up spending most of the week relaxing by the pool. We'd book it again in a heartbeat.PS. There is a new restaurant just across the street (the only one I'm aware of on the grounds of Pedregal Colony).Excellent.

We had several issues with the house when we were there. It started with the coffee maker being full of little insects. Then we had air conditioning issues. First, there was water that dripped from the master bedroom closet vent all over our clothes. Then the master bedroom A/C went out altogether. They did come replace the compressor within 24 hours but then it froze up a day later and we were without A/C in the master bedroom for two nights. We paid a high premium for the house and did not expect to have issues like this.

Dear Tim, I am so sorry for the issues you had in the Villa, The ants at the coffy maker was terrible, I talked to our housekeeper about it, once again, So sorry!! :(( The A/C issues, a house is always a mistery, one thing can be working perfectly, and the next minute, it breaks... Our team did the best to fix it asap, but it wasnt easy to find the real problem. I woulk like to offer you a one free night in your next trip to Cabo, We will take care of you and your family more carefuly if you give us the oportunity. Amazing property

We stayed for a 50th wedding anniversary. The property was perfect for our family of 10. The chef is a must have addition to the Villa and made our stay truly remarkable. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommended on all fronts.

Girls' Weekend

We had 10 women celebrating the upcoming marriage of my daughter. The pictures do not do justice to this property! It was perfect in every way. We all talked about it and could not think of anything that could be improved. The entire process was seamless, beginning with communicating with Marilu who is charming and gracious. Ismael, the concierge, helped us along the way with restaurants, a boat charter and even someone to come to the house to administer the COVID tests required to enter the U. S. Eric was a bonus. He kept things tidy and clean and even made coffee, mixed drinks and prepared a charcuterie board for us. Chef Alex was fabulous! There are so many different areas to sit and the view is spectacular from all of them. The experience deserves more than 5 stars!

Fantastic Family Getaway
