This 1000 square foot penthouse features two private entrances, an eat-in kitchen, living room and built-in office nook, a sleeping alcove with a king-sized bed and a private bedroom with a closet, built-in dresser drawers and additional storage, a full-sized bed and a full bath. There is ample storage throughout the apartment.
Enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sun set behind the mountains from a private, 250 square-foot deck. Create lovely meals in a generously appointed gourmet kitchen or stroll to any of dozens of fine restaurants. Heirloom roses grace the grounds that make this property a legend among local rosarians.

The Frye House’s Policy is as follows: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
There are many different types of trip insurance available, but Trip Cancellation and Interruption protection is the most important benefit you should look for. If your trip has to be cancelled for covered reasons such as illness, accident, death of a family member or traveling companion, jury duty, weather conditions which cause delay/cancellation of travel or fire or flood in your home, this coverage protects your investment and will reimburse the normally non-refundable payments you make for your vacation rental, airline tickets and other covered travel related fees.
If you miss your planned departure for a covered reason, you may also be covered for additional travel expenses to reach your destination. If you have to interrupt a trip due to a covered illness, this insurance will cover your transportation home.

Nov-Feb (holidays and CU games excluded) $150/day 3 day min., $800/week
2 guests maximum, additional $20/night or $100/week required for each extra guest.
We have a one-week minimum rental on bookings made more than two months in advance
We will accept 3-day rentals booked within two months of the desired check-in date
Up to two children under 10 years of age are free.
$500 Security Deposit is required in addition to Rental Fee.
There is a mandatory $50 fee for cleaning at the end of each stay.
