THE PROPERTY

Beautifully remodeled 2 story townhome with mountain views and private patio centrally located within walking distances to Pearl St Mall, CU campus, and 29th St Mall, plus two cruiser bikes to get around. Eldora Ski Resort is a half an hour away up Boulder Canyon. Holds Short Term Rental licence required by City of Boulder.

FIRST FLOOR

Open concept first floor features 10 ft ceilings, gas fireplace in living/dining area, custom kitchen, powder room, and laundry room. Living room sofa can be used as a day bed to sleep one guest. Dining table is set up for four guests but could sit 6, plus 3 seats at the bar. Kitchen is fully equipped with new Bosch appliances, including induction cooktop, and stocked with cooking essentials and Nespresso coffee maker.

UPSTAIRS

Cathedral ceilings in all rooms - two identical bedrooms and full bathroom.

Both bedrooms furnished with Room&Board pieces and have queen size beds. You will like comfortable beds with hypoallergenic bedding and crisp linens.

Luxurious 5-piece bathroom appointed in carrara marble is situated between two bedrooms.

GUEST ACCESS

Laundry room with high efficiency washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience (washer detergent and fabric softener provided for your laundry needs, please leave house laundry for professionals).

Two parking spots assigned for our guests just outside the back door.

In a nice weather you can enjoy private back patio for alfresco dining.

Two cruiser bikes on the patio - feel free to use them!

NEIGHBOURHOOD OVERVIEW

Our home is situated in Whittier neighborhood - one of the most conveniently located neighborhoods in Boulder. Easy walk to the east end of the Pearl Street dining and entertainment corridor, which starts around 20th St and extends to 8th St. To the east is 5-10 minute walk to 29th St Mall, Dairy Center for Arts, McGuckins, Sprouts, REI, Trader Joe's. 10 min walk to the south is Boulder Creek and access to the endless Boulder bike paths system, across the creek is CU Folsom Stadium.

GETTING AROUND

Both Uber and Lyft are in Boulder.

We have two cruiser bikes - they are fun to ride on a path or go to the bar. If you need more than two - please use rent from the B-cycle network (closest station two blocks away), or go to a bike shop for full day rents.

The HOP bus circles nearby, usually about one every 10 minutes in either direction, which makes a convenient circle around downtown, the Hill (student neighborhood), campus, and the commercial district to the east. The main Boulder bus terminal downtown at 14th and Walnut is 8 blocks away; here you can catch a bus to the airport (DIA/Boulder Skyride route A/B). This is by far the fastest and cheapest way to get to and from the airport ($9 one way) .

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Great for families. We have lots to keep you entertained: books, board games, entertainment center with vintage vinyl records, TV with cable channels and apps like Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, Pandora.

If you are traveling with kids let us know so we can make your stay more enjoyable by adding pack-n-play, stroller, and age appropriate kids toys.

Great for business travelers - high speed wireless internet, work desk in one of the bedrooms.

Some street noise from occasionally busy street. However, all south-faced windows have soundproof panes, so it's quiet inside.

Well appointed updated clean comfortable could’ve been better

Modern place by Boulder must see places

What a great location for exploring all the wonderful offerings Boulder has to offer. We were able to quickly get to Pearl Mall, Chautauqua Park for hiking, and the University. Very quiet at night and enough space for our family to unwind at night. Highly recommended!

Very nice and newly upgraded townhouse close to all the action in Boulder

Very recently remodeled townhouse with an uncluttered yet cozy feel. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and very clean. We went to a CU football game that was an eaay walk. Also less than a mile to the Peral Street Mall. The only two negatives are the hot water heater runs out quickly, but also comes back quick, and the traffic noise from Canyon Road.

New water heater was just installed for uninterrupted hot water supply. We are working constantly on improving our property in order to make it more comfortable for our guests.

Immaculate and proximal

Great 2BR, 1.5ba, bedrooms and full bath upstairs, great location with 2 off street parking spaces, a nice stroll to Pearl St or CU campus. Interiors are modern and flawless. Excellent communication and support from host. I've done maybe 40 vrbo's, this was among the best if not the best. Only downside is daytime road noise on Canyon (quiet at night).
