We invite you to be our guest in our comfortable gulf front vacation condominium. Our spacious and tastefully decorated unit is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the white sand beaches and emerald waters of Panama city beach , Florida.
The gulf front living room with spacious 271 square feet balcony has been decorated with beautiful flowers and wall hangings, custom made drapes, queen size sofa bed and love seat, entertainment center , television, DVD , VCR and CD player.
The dining area is occupied with comfortable chairs around the beautiful wood table next to granite kitchen counter with bar stools. The gulf front master bedroom has King size bed, television, DVD, CD player, telephone, closet and access to the balcony through a separate door. The master bathroom has vanity, bath tub and shower.
The guest bedroom has queen size bed , closet, television, DVD, CD player and its own bathroom with vanity, bath tub and shower. Kitchen has all kinds of appliances including refrigerator, icemaker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric mixer, utensils, variety of glasses , dishes, pots and pans.
The laundry closet has a large capacity washer and dryer, iron, iron board and vacuum cleaner.

A great venue for our Ironman camp

This condo is absolutely great. It was the perfect venue for my co-ironman and myself as well as our families and guests. It is clean, great amenities, right on the beach. The rental procedure and communication process is so seamless and easy. I have already sent recommendations to friends visiting Panama City in the future.... especially those doing Ironman Florida
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children.

Paid for 5 nights starting April 10th. 2011. Arrived at condo, walked in , thought we must have surely went into wrong condo.What was described on VRBO website not what we were seeing. Condo had bad musky smell, wall behind front door had large hole in sheetrock, walls were dirty, needed painting. The living room sofa was described on website as leather but was actualy filthy, dirty microfiber. Curtains were described as custom made, were actually thin and shabby.Windows were very dirty. The railings on the balcony had most of paint gone and rest was peeling. The picture on the website showed balcony with nice metal and glass furniture which was actually small plastic chairs and small plastic table. The whole property complex appeared not well maintained. The condo photos and description did not represent the actual appearance. We left after about 15 minutes and decided this was not somewhere we would ever stay. Called the owners, they refused to reinburse any of our money even though we never spent one night in this condo. Travelers be aware, this unit is definately not the "beautiful, luxury, tastefully decorated" condo as described on the VRBO website. This property definately not clean or well maintained. Would not recommend this property to anyone.
Owner response:This is an answer to the comment made by the tenant that stayed from Apr 10 through Apr 15, 2011. According to our cleaning and supply crew, the condo had been used through the above period rented. Unfortunately, there are people that go to a restaurant after eating half of their meal, call the manager and return the meal so they don’t have to pay for the food. In our situation, once in a while there are tenants that do the same and they want half of their money back and we refuse because they don’t honor their contract. We own eight different units in different properties and they are all in a very satisfactory condition represented by the pictures on vrbo.com. Furthermore, the entire buildings are very well maintained and up to date.
