This spacious 1950 square foot Sunriver home is located on Backwoods Lane, a quiet cul-de-sac just a 5 minute walk to the Village Mall, grocery store, and tennis courts.
We can sleep ten in one king, two queens, and four twins. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Lava rock fireplace with wood provided. Private hot tub. Eight bikes, one tricycle, one Big Wheels, and one bike trailer that holds two children.
Sunriver has 40 miles of paved biking and walking trails, two golf courses, tennis courts, riding stables and accessibility to the Deshcutes River for rafting, fishing and canoeing. Mount Bachelor Ski Area is 18 miles away. The new aquatic and recreation center (SHARC) opened May 2012 and we provide 10 year-round passes for unlimited access. We also have WI-FI.
Rate: $225/ night + 7% county room tax + $115 cleaning fee.
3 Night minimum on holidays.
A $250 refundable security deposit is required.
