Enjoy your 3 bed/2.5 bath townhouse at the exclusive Regal Oaks Resort in Kissimmee. Regal Oaks is a great value with rates starting at $89/nt. Built in 2008 and being 3 miles from Walt Disney World main gate. The Resort is located at Old Town Kissimmee just off the Highway 192 and is within 5 MINUTES WALK to shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment. Some of the amenities include a large resort style pool. The 3 bedroom town home has two stories and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. There is a fully furnished living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms (master with Roman bath). The town homes has internet access and a laundry room.

Great resort just minutes from Disney. When you are not at the parks, you can walk to restaurants, shopping or stay at the resort and enjoy many of the on site amenities.

We are Shane and Heather Harstine the founders of Vacation By The Mouse and Vacation By The Beach. Just after we were married in 2001, we bought our first vacation home in the Disney area. We have purchased several more over the years, and now we currently manage or own over 75 vacation homes in the Disney, Seaside FL, and Myrtle Beach area. We believe there are three reasons why our small vacation home business has succeeded over the years.

1. Value: The ability to rent luxury homes so close to Disney at hotel rates.

2. The ability to keep tabs on our property: With our guests feedback, and with us living in the United States, (compared to most of the vacation home owners who live in Europe) we are able to make sure our homes stay in superior condition. We do have a very good management company who watches our homes, but if something comes up that requires immediate attention, we are just a phone call away.

3. Word of mouth. After families vacation with us, they go back home and tell friends and family about their positive experience with Vacation By The Mouse.

Regal Oaks was a great place to stay for our vacation to Disneyworld! When we went inside the town home, everything was beautiful and very CLEAN! The condos are very well kept up. I love that there are little notes on everything telling you how to work things and warning you how NOT to work things so you don't break anything. It wasn't too far from Disneyworld (maybe 5 minutes - we didn't know our way around) and I loved having a kitchen and washer and dryer. I liked picking my own security code to get in the house so that we didn't forget it. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would stay there again. Thanks for a great place to stay!

The condo was clean and very lovely. However, the TV, telephone & Internet was out until Wednesday afternoon. It was reported when we arrived Monday afternoon. The pool was very hot but was a little cooler by Wednesday. That was the day another couple told us the resort builder had filed bankruptcy. It is an excellent location and walking to Old Towne was an easy walk. Good luck keeping it rented.

Owner response:We have had quite a few guests that have really enjoyed Regal Oaks. I'm a little disappointed to hear that this guest was so negative in her comments. I have addressed her concerns below: 1. The T.V., telephone, and Internet were out for about 24 hours. This was due to a service issue with the cable provider. We were already on this issue before the guest arrived and it was sorted out promptly. 2. The guest complained about the pool temperature. The weather in Orlando is in the low 90's in June and at times will cause the pool to be warm. 3. The resort builder did file bankruptcy in 2009, but this has been settled. The new owner plans on building more units at Regal Oaks and also plans to expand the clubhouse.

We have just returned from our stay at Regal Oaks near Old Town. Vacation By The Mouse was very easy to work with. We enjoyed our town home. It was very clean and close to the pool. The best part of Regal Oaks is the large resort pool, the closeness to Old Town and Disney. Great location at a budget price!!

Stayed at Regal Palms through Shane and Heather Harstine and Vacation by The Mouse. Our kids enjoyed the pool, waterslide, lazyriver, and I enjoyed the Jacuzzi. My wife enjoyed getting 2 massages during our stay. Great place to come back and relax after a day at the parks!!! Thanks Shane and Heather for a great vacation!
