Minutes to Disney ~ Private End Unit in Regal Oaks "Little Oasis" ~ Resort Pool

This 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath, two story end unit townhouse backs up to a forever wild to give you lots of privacy and a place to relax. It's like a little oasis!! Located in the Regal Oaks resort just behind Old Town and “Fun Spot” USA off Hwy 192 and I-4, this vacation house is super close to many grocery stores, restaurants, shops, theme parks like Disney & Universal and other attractions. We house many families of kids participating in events at ESPN Wide World of Sports as it is very close by.

The resort amenities include a heated saltwater pool, hot tub, water slides, poolside bar, restaurant, lobby pantry market, a fitness center, a tennis court, etc. All the amenities are available to you with no extra fee. Regal Oak Resort is also a gated community.

This townhouse is furnished with everything to make you feel like you are at your home away from home. Featuring:
New AC unit;
Private screened patio facing forever wild (watch for deer to wander by);
New patio furniture;
A fully equipped kitchen;
Baby gear (pack n play, highchair, baby gate and stroller);
Complementary high speed wireless internet access;
Cable/ flat screen LCD/LED TVs in all rooms except Mickey;
“Open” parking spaces in front of unit;
Two ensuite bedrooms. One on the main floor with a king bed with a nautical theme. The other is upstairs with a king bed, a walk-in closet, a large bathtub and balcony overlooking the forever wild;
Two rooms with twin beds upstairs. The Mickey and The Beach (new mattresses);
Fresh towels and linens;
Full size Washer and Dryer;
3 hair dryers, 2 ironing boards, and 2 irons;
Box fan for every bedroom;

PLEASE NOTE that only starter supplies are provided. You may need to bring/purchase more paper products, garbage bags, etc. depending upon how many there are in your group and how long you are staying. There are just the basics to get you started.

Secure keyless entry with no check-in required.

Check in is 4:00pm and Check out is 10:00am

Please don't leave towels at the pool. They belong to us; not the resort. Accidents happen. Please report broken or damaged items.

A short distance to WDW (about 20 minutes) and a welcome "home away from home" after long days at the Parks, this unit was very clean, well-maintained and had a well-equipped kitchen, good supply of towels, and plenty of space for 8 people. The kids in our group were delighted to find a couple baskets of toys, a nearby pool, and a doe and two fawns on the lawn just outside our unit. The owner kept me advised of all necessary information and responded quickly to the questions I had.

This was a wonderful property. We loved the location, the resort amenities were wonderful. The teens loved the pool, hot tub, work out area and games room. The town home was spacious, very clean and well appointed. The location backing onto a forest was lovely. We would definitely return again.

Disney Vacation

The house was perfect for out 3 generations. It was great having 4 boathrooms in the morning! The drive to Disney everyday was pretty much traffic free. No driving on I-4. My granddaughters loved the deer that visited every day. This townhouse definitely exceded our expectations.

Thanksgiving Disney Trip

We recently stayed here for two weeks over Thanksgiving with 4 adults and 4 children. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the beds were comfortable after our long Disney days. We especially loved the proximity to Disney property and how easy it was to get to the parks. The pool on property and the pool bar/restuarant was a wonderful respite on our off day.

Great Central Location

Property was as described. Great central location. Our trip was to play golf and this location was perfect as we only had no more than a 20 minute drive to any of the great courses that we played. Only bad review was for the property manager (not the owner). We contacted the property manager after the internet and cable stopped working. They did not respond. Fortunately, we were in regular contact with the owner who did get to the bottom of the problem for us. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay! Highly recommend!

We love our "Little Oasis" as we call it; and try to visit several times a year. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

We travel a lot and find ourselves in Orlando frequently. It is central to so many things we like to do, so we decided to buy a second home here and rent it out when we are not using it.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We loved the proximity of Regal Oaks Old Town to all the attractions while still being in a quiet private setting. We choose this end unit because of the extra privacy it provides. Most units face another unit and have a unit directly behind them. We have neither. And the community privacy wall is to one side. So there are only neighbors on one side. When It rains it sounds like you are in the middle of the jungle. It is so relaxing. The bonus is the deer that pass behind the property at least once a day.
