Great Vacation

Family of four. Two adults and two children (ages 8-5) spent a wonderful 10 days at this location. The apartment is wonderful and having a ground floor unit is a plus. We have previously rented other unit in this complex and they were on higher up but we found the ground floor with your own private garden and easy access to the pool is a real bonus. Cala D'or and Cala Ego are great little towns. They are pretty quiet and not overly developed liked other parts of Mallorca. Our only issue was the remote to open the gate stopped working after one day but I parked our car on the road and used the keys to unlock the doors. It wasn't really much of an issue.

Muy buena estancia con pequeños detalles mejorables

El apartamento y la zona son como se describen y pasamos una semana muy buena de vacaciones. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario con supermercado, restaurantes, playas y parada de bus muy cerca. Las piscinas son geniales. Algunos puntos negativos o mejorables: La limpieza falló un poco ya que había restos de los inquilinos anteriores que no se limpiaron adecuadamente. No había puerta en el muro del jardín lo cual puede ser un problema si vas con mascota o niños. La puerta de la casa que da al jardín era dificil de abrir para personas con menos fuerza ya que se quedá como pegada Al apartamento le conviene renovar la pintura de las paredes. Recomendación a usuarios: Llevar todo tipo de antimosquitos porque la zona está plagada de ellos.

Super Relaxing Stay!

Great location, not far to walk to shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Apartment was good size, lovely patio and garden a few steps from two of the seven pools. No lounger wars as each apartment has their own designated and numbered loungers. The pools were never busy during our whole 2 week stay, with us quite often getting a pool to ourselves .. plenty of room for chilling on your lilo! Gorgeous well kept grounds and gardens with plenty of trees and flowering plants. No pool bar but wasn’t a problem as we were ground floor so not far to go to the fridge! The only downside was that the appliances were looking past their best, however they did all work efficiently. And not enough mirrors! Only mirror was the one in the bathroom - none in any of the bedrooms or hallway. With 2 females and a fashion conscious teenage boy, this made getting ready a little challenging to say the least! Overall though, a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay, with great communication from the host. Would stay again. Thank you!

Sub standard apartment…won’t be returning

We stayed at apartment for 8 nights. We arrived to find a musty smelling, unclean apartment with a number of things broken or not working (sun beds, safety deposit box, shower curtain, washing machine). Most things were resolved the same day but washing machine was not working until day 5, which was a bit annoying as we wanted to wash the towels and linen that smelled bad. Our hosts Eloy and Juan Carlos were very nice but we were disappointed to have to deal with issues that should be resolved prior to our arrival. Overall, apartment is dirty and neglected and many things are tired/worn and close to broken. It would be better to spend a bit more € and have a comfortable holiday. Tip: take plenty mosquito repellent
