This beautiful Oceanfront Duplex on the Sand and near West Newport Beach Tennis Courts and Park is available for weekly rentals.
You will love this two bedroom lower unit. The kitchen is well equipped. The large living room is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bedrooms have a king bed in one room and twins in the other room.
High end bedding, linens and beach towels are provided as well as TVs, DVDs, Internet access, and Phone Service. The patio is large and has tables and chairs and a large propane barbeque.
If you love the beach you will love this rental! It has a spectacular view and is in a very desirable area with easy access to the many activities Newport and surrounding areas offer. We know your stay will be wonderful and you'll want to return year after year!

My family (six overnight and more during day visits) couldn't have been more happy with the rental. Everything was top notch from the sleeping maccomodations to the kitchen utensils. It is a wonderful location, quiet with everything you could want at the beach. This place gets a "4 Hang Loose" rating out of 4.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
