It's located at 4309 Seashore Dr. (44TH st.). The homes in this area sit as close to the water as possible. The building consists of two side-by-side townhomes. There is no one above or below. Beachside patios, garages and laundry are not shared. 4-car parking for average size cars; 3 for large vehicles (6'2" height restriction). Maximum number of

After weeks of searching, we were lucky to find this place for a long weekend getaway! This is one of the rare beachfront properties that is updated, in a good/central location, and spacious enough to fit 7 adults comfortably. And you can't beat being right on the sand and able to watch sunsets from the living room! Pat was a great host too and communicated detailed info in advance. We will definitely be staying here again!

My group had a wonderful time staying at this Newport Beach property. Really nice accommodations with amazing views of the Pacific ocean. 25 mins from Disneyland, which is what we were there for. being able to walk directly from the outdoor patio onto the sand was really fun for the kids. It's also in close proximity to the pier and restaurants. Easy parking, clear instructions from the property owner, etc. We'll be back!

The PERFECT beach house!

This is such a great property located in Newport Beach that is close to the pier, but private enough to avoid the crowds! So many things to do on the beach provided! Slept out 11 (9adults and 2 babies) very comfortably! I recommend this place to everyone looking for an amazing beach experience!!

Amazing house and location

We go on a lot of beach vacations and rent a lot of beach houses. This one takes the cake. I thought the house was amazingly located walking distance to everything you may need. It’s just far enough from the pier that the beach is super quiet and not a lot of chaos. We already booked for next spring break. Definitely recommend!

Getaway from LA Fires

Overall the stay was very solid. The property was decently appointed and very well located. Only issue for us was the garage was very steep so our cars did could not be parked in the garage without scraping so we choose to park our cars on the street and in front of the garage of the property.

This was a family vacation. There was lots of room for the 3 families and grandparents! The beach in front of the place is amazing. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed. Loved our vacation here.

November Bliss

Family members (9) stayed for a surprise birthday party and trip to Disneyland for our 8 year old grandson’s birthday! 2 beautiful beach days were enjoyed by all, especially the bday boy. Body surfed, made friends with another boy doing the same. House is perfectly set up for a group. Kids bunks, shared bathrooms are well situated and a great master bathroom and bedroom! Step out the gate onto the sand. Priceless.
