Gulf Front Beach Home "Sand Castle" - Cape San Blas Vacation Rental Newly constructed custom built beach front home completed in 2007 with Elevator. “Sand Castle” is a very high end luxury home with 5 Bedrooms, 3 ½ Baths and over 3,467 square footage. It is located on St. Joseph Peninsula/Cape San Blas, San Dunes Subdivision. San Dunes is an exclusive Subdivision with a beautiful Swimming Pool, Bath House, and Beach walk over. This home was the cover of the Real Estate Magazine. Please come in and take the tour of our home. You will open the door and step into a beautiful marble entry. This just sets the tone of what to expect in this home. Now go up the stairs to two gulf front masters suites and two guest bedrooms. Both of the gulf front master suites are spacious and have glass sliding doors accessing a covered deck so you can enjoy the views. When you get to the next level you will enter the gigantic gourmet kitchen, living and dining area. This area has gulf views that take your breath away. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel professional appliances, a true chef’s kitchen. The 3rd Master Suite is located on this floor which has a two sided fireplace in the Master Bedroom Suite with King Bed and Spa Bath area. The top level is a quaint reading nook to read a book, work a puzzle, or just relax and enjoy the views. There is no other home on the Cape with this amount of luxury amenities for their guest such as jacuzzi tub, steam shower, 3 fireplaces, built ins, outside shower, screened porch, private balcony and decks etc. But don’t take my word for it, come see for yourself.
