Why choose Red Pine??? Red Pine Condominiums is a large complex with approximately 24 buildings nestled below The Canyons Ski Resort, Utah’s newest and largest. It’s just three miles to Park City Ski Resort and Old Town. Four miles to Deer Valley Ski Resort. Less than an hour to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, Brighton, Snowbasin and Powder Mountain Resorts. Red Pine offers large common green areas, lots of pine trees, plentiful parking and glorious views!
Why choose our place??? Our unit faces the slopes of The Canyons Ski Resort and is conveniently located adjacent to the complex’s clubhouse. We take pride in our recently remodeled, cozy, non-smoking, two bed, two bath plus loft unit and like to stay here ourselves as often as possible! It’s located within walking distance to the Cabriolet (parking lot gondola) or catch the free shuttle to any of Park City’s three resorts. The free bus will also take you all around Park City, where shopping, 80+ restaurants, art galleries, Kimball Junction’s outlet mall, movie theatres, live theatre and more awaits you.
Our cheery unit (R6) has been updated and includes hickory cabinets throughout, stainless appliances and granite counters. We comfortably accommodate six people (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins) with luxurious linens, a gas fireplace, washer/dryer in the unit and fully equipped kitchen. A gas grill stands ready on the deck, which overlooks our spectacular view of the ski runs. Cable television/vcr/dvd in the family room and each bedroom. And, a stereo with surround-sound in the family room to help you relax after a day in the mountains. Games, toys, books and kid stuff in the closet too.
The clubhouse is located just across the street and has 2 swimming pools (1 heated in winter), a kiddie pool, hot tubs, sauna, BBQs, sand volleyball, tennis courts and coin laundry.
Incredible mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing, boating, horseback riding, golfing, free outdoor summer concerts, live theatre, browsing art galleries and boutiques, mini golf, alpine slide, bobsledding-on-wheels, cross-country skiing, ice skating and visiting the Utah Olympic Park to see athletes in action are just some of the many things to do while staying in Park City.

Glorious Red Pine Ski Condo, at the Base of the Canyons Resort
Why the Owner Chose Red Pine
Park City has some of the best mountain biking, hiking and fly fishing around. All these activities in addition to the area's skiing conditions make Park City our favorite place to be. We love Red Pine because of the wide open green (or snow!) areas, plenty of parking at the complex and its convenient location to anything a person might want to do while visiting. We absolutely fell in love with the terrain and attitude of The Canyons Resort. It continues to improve each season. Our condo is a short 5 minute walk in ski boots down to the Cabriolet to start your ski day. And, our deck has a great view of The Canyons Resort and the sunsets each night. The free City shuttle is easy to catch for any other destinations.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Red Pine #R6 is our second home. As such, it is equipped with just about anything a guest might need while away from home, because we want you to be comfortable there, too. Plenty of cooking equipment, BBQ and chairs on the deck, a ski rack, drying rack, hair dryers, washer/dryer, quality linens (and plenty of them!), throw blankets, a pack n play for your little one, games, movies and televisions in each bedroom and the living room, sound system, VCR/DVD.
Owner's Map of Red Pine
Although our home is in Northern California and lots of our winter skiing and boarding is in the Tahoe area, nothing beats the time we spend in Park City, especially at The Canyons Resort. We were thrilled to get our three year old making turns on the snow this season. Our free time during the summer is spent waterskiing and mountain biking. We always look forward to our summer trips for the awesome single track riding all over the Park City area, as well as the summer festivals, concerts and events. Hope you'll have the opportunity to experience all that the Park City area has to offer soon!

Extraordinary, excellent value condo located at (in our view) Park City's most attractive resort -- The Canyons. The owner has provided a very completely outfitted lodging, that has been immaculately maintained. Friends who stayed at other Red Pine lodgings noted less pleasing set-ups. This is a great place.

Our family of 5 stayed here three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pools were great as was the scenery. It was the perfect size for our family. All our kids ages 21, 17, and 10 enjoyed it equally. The queen bed downstairs is a bit softer and the King bed upstairs is more firm so you have both options. The kitchen was great so we didn't have to eat out every single meal. The condo is decorated very cute and is nicely updated. We loved the location which is a five minute drive to Park City, but we prefer being away from the "city" life. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks for great memories.

Enjoyed staying in this unit. It was very reasonably priced and it was an exceptional value. Everything was well cared for and in great condition. It was stocked with everything you need to comfortably stay away from home. Location was excellent too! Only 2.5 miles to Walmart and outlet stores!!! Thanks for allowing us a nice getaway. We'll recommend this to our friends!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in your unit at the Red Pines. Everything worked very well. We easily settled into a routine of skiing and crashing. Your directions and recommendations were well appreciated. Getting around could not have been easier. As you know we were super lucky with the snow. For easterners, getting 10+ inches a day of powder was very exciting. We skied several days at the Canyons and managed to explore Park City, Solitude, and Alta as well. Thank you for letting us rent your condo. We were super comfortable. The only thing we missed was a kettle for boiling water, but that was it. Everything else was well considered and tasteful. I hope you will be enjoying it yourself soon as it seems to be shaping up into a good ski season. Best regards - Julie

We really enjoyed your condo this past weekend. On Sat night, we rode the lift up to a free concert and on Sunday we went to the Kimball Arts Festival. I just thought the condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. We think we left it in good shape for the cleaning person. Thanks, Paula Harline

Jim & Danielle: I just wanted to let you know that my family and I had a great time in your condo in Park City. I just returned to the office today and I was telling Louise how much fun we all had. We visited Utah Olympic Park and saw the skiers and swimmers. Myself and the kids rode both zip lines and we bobsledded down the mountain. I even rode up to one of the zip lines with one of the skiers. He sure had some frightening stories on his history of injuries from his crashes. I went to Park City resort and saw the kiddie rides. We even had two of the kids go up to of the gorilla for pix. We went to Homestead Crater for lunch and took a peak inside the crater at the snorkelers. We also took the gondolas up top at the Canyons resort. We drove up and took the gondolas back down to the Farmers Market. We also went out to Antelope Island for swimming in the Great Salt Lake. We were caked with salt once we got back to the beach. We also visited the local cemetery where we have relatives and went to the silver mines which were closed due to water in the mines. We really like the town of Park City with its picturesque shops and pubs. The kids spent the evenings from 5-9 in the pool and spa. We did make it to the Wasatch Brew Pub for lunch. All in all we had a great time and I def plan to return. I will save your card and of course I sit right across from Louise. I took tons of digital photos also. We all had a great time and the condo was all it was advertised. I hated to come back to Sac. I also recd the deposit check today. Thanks Again, David and family.
