Welcome to comfort and adventure in every season. Located in the heart of Westgate Park City Resort & Spa, one of the largest mountain resorts in the U.S., this spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bath ski-in/ski-out condo is your perfect home base for mountain living.

Whether you’re here for winter snow or summer sun, you’ll enjoy direct access to world-class skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, concerts, and farmers markets. At Westgate, indulge in top-tier amenities including:

- Ski valet service with gear delivered right to the slope

- Utah’s largest indoor/outdoor pool and a tranquil adults-only pool

- A state-of-the-art fitness center

- A kids game center to keep little ones entertained

- A renowned spa, on-site dining, and a Starbucks in the lobby

Back at the condo, each of the four bedrooms features a king bed and its own en-suite bathroom. Unwind with three steam showers, a Jacuzzi tub in the primary, and your private hot tub on the porch.

Enjoy private underground parking (space #35), with additional first-come, first-served parking available. The on-site Marketplace makes it easy to grab snacks, groceries, or essentials without leaving the resort.

Great location. We enjoyed the 4 bedrooms with king beds and 4 bathrooms. Lots of shopping and restaurants. Pools and hot tubs were nice and a game room and ping pong. We would stay here again! Clean and great host!

Great Property in the Canyons Village - Park City!

We needed lots of bathrooms and beds and this place delivered. Honestly, had a wonderful time and even though the property is under renovation we were able to enjoy all of the amenities.

Family Fun week at westgate

The condo was well appointed, clean, and convenient to the village area and lifts. The condo manager was attentive to requests, followed up promptly, and met all of our needs. The valet ski service was a wonderful option. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.
