The Master bedroom has a brand new, Venice Beach, California King (extremely comfortable!). A full-size dresser with mirror complements the beautiful safari-style comforter. A small dresser and tiny writing desk remind you that you are on vacation, but can work if you must. Master Bath’s elegance is accented by deep reds and golds. Vanity has generous counter space for cosmetics and colognes.
The second bedroom is furnished with simply elegant drapes and bedspread. The two single beds are very comfortable indeed with pillow top comfort. The second full bath is conveniently situated right next to the guest bedroom and near the living area.
The living room has an easily convertible, pull-out couch for the convenience of your stay-over guests, an over-sized chair, a large, flat-screen LCD, 42 inch TV, Cable, and DVD Player. Fun games and good reading await inquisitive minds.
Step outside the living room onto the small back patio, with a bistro table and chairs... With a view of mature trees and landscape! It's a nice place to visit with a friend or relax with a good book, or to quietly sit with a cup of hot tea or coffee, while enjoying the mature trees.
Nearby are three beautiful swimming pools (one heated), and heated Jacuzzi, with gazebo and barbeque grilling area. Walk along the path or to the park. Work-out room and Tennis Court close by, completing the amenities. Walk or Rent a bicycle for the multi-use paths in the immediate area.

We love the ammenities and lush green belt walking paths and bike paths which wind around McCormick Ranch 18 miles long, past golf courses, lakes, ponds, mature trees and beautiful scenery.

We remodeled our condo for your enjoyment and ours! It has new carpeting, granite countertops, updated black kitchen appliances, and even RO - Reverse Osmosis Water. Filtered drinking water is good for drinking, cooking with, and it is routed even in the ice cubes in the ice maker. We thought of everything to make your time in Scottsdale and ours a nice experience. Sometimes we like to walk to the Manuel's Restaurant next door, or driving down Mountain View to go to the coffee shop or the fabulous Italian Restaurant, Voce, to listen to live Jazz from some of the top entertainers in Phoenix. Sometimes we like to put our feet up and watch the 42" flat screen TV. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!!!
