This 4 bedroom 3500 square foot 4 bedroom, 3 bath property home greets you with a stunning arched iron entryway door that shines with pride of the exceptional quality you'll find inside this beautiful furnished comfortable abode. Each bedroom has luxurious furnishings and linens. You can barbecue and swim while gathering around the patio furniture with the fire table on the 50 foot covered patio. There is an additional per day fee of $25.00 for heating during the winter months.

You are within 1 mile of the famous Eagle Mountain golf course that welcomes all golfers. You will also be within short drive to over 15 great golf courses and a top golf facility. Mayo Clinic is 2 miles from the property.

Take a break and and enjoy the stunning hiking and bike trails of the foothills. Included with the home are two electric bicycles available for use during your visit.

Home has 3,000 square feet, family room, living room, dining room, fireplace, ice, washer, dryer, 3 refrigerators, microwave, 4 TV's & a full house sound system, wireless connectivity, 3 car garage plus bicycle parking space with storage cabinets, large private fenced rear yard with a 50 foot tiled covered patio and heated private pool. Home is predominately offered as a long term rental vacation rental,

The home is in perfect condition, It is ready for you to move in and enjoy. This is an upscale neighborhood that is very desirable and well-maintained. The very private backyard and beautifully landscaped front yard frames the home. large glass doors throughout the house leading to the tiled, covered 70 foot patio allow for a very open environment that lends itself to entertaining. The intimate ambiance is enhanced by recessed lighting on the patio and in the living room and fireplace. The heated pool makes swimming/entertaining through the winter a resort-like experience. Pool heating is optional and if requested during the winter months, there is an additional pool heating fee.

Wonderful home

We were the first to stay in this home that was recently purchased by the property owners. They were very attentive to our needs. Location is 20 min from everything. Quiet lovely gated community. Lovely pool area. All of the work wasn’t finished that they wanted to do but were kind enough to let us stay there. We didn’t mind. It was lovely. Wonderful communication with owners and we can’t wait to go back!

Super charming, old Scottsdale style house in quiet McCormick Ranch. This property has it all! Location, location, location. Need extra towels? They have them! Need extra batteries? They have them! Need a phone charger? Yup they have that too! Plenty of room with a fantastic home layout. All six of us ( 4 kids; 2 adults) had enough room. The yard?! Wow! An oasis! Seriously...the birds chirping with mature palms, a new gas grill, grassy area, huge patio, pool toys, etc! I’d definitely stay again. Bob and Anne were a pleasure to talk to and helped us promptly. Thanks so much for making our stay memorable with your beautiful home.

Property was good. A few suggestions. Bedrooms needed ceiling fans. Master bathroom shower was way too small. New ceiling fans in backyard. The ones there were to dangerous to use. Window shades of some kind on doors going out to backyard. No shades makes it very hot inside when it’s over 100 degrees outside. Be able to set air-conditioning thermostat to less than 75. Other than than the above suggestes great time.

This was the best rental we ever stayed in throughout our experience with Vrbo. We especially enjoyed meeting the owner (Bob) and his lovely wife. We frequently visit the north Scottsdale area during the November, February and April months. Although the weather was a little cooler with rain (very rare given our experience) the beauty and extreme comfort of this home more than offset that event. Hopefully we will be able to return to this place again in the future but understand it is a highly sought after rental. You should check this place out as you won’t be disappointed!!

We had a great stay at Bob's house. It is close to many golf courses, hiking trails and the wedding venue of a friend. It is well equipped with everything we needed, including a grill. If I am ever lucky enough to go out to Scottsdale again, I would definitely rent from Bob again.

"Sunny Scottsdale home away from home"

We had a wonderful, warm welcome by the owner. Bob was just a call away if we had any questions or concerns with quick & great communication. Small hiccup with the internet going out, but Bob fixed it quickly. The house was definitely what we needed and spacious for our family & friends. I am the original owner, raised my two boys in this great community. Love the area and hope my tenants enjoy this Scottsdale family home.

What makes this property unique

My home offers guests a great Scottsdale location, including a very short drive to Salt River Fields, the Diamond Backs spring training facility and event center. The Mayo Clinic is just 5 miles from our home and takes about ten minuets to drive to the Clinic. Many great Golf Courses, including the two golf courses located in the McCormick Ranch Community. Resort casinos and the new Scottsdale Aquarium all a 5 min drive. Wonderful restaurants very close by and a large upscale Fry's food center just a few blocks away. The best part of this vacation property is the resort environment for great entertaining and privacy.
