A perfect desert getaway!!
Clean, quiet 1st floor condo (no steps) in peaceful setting. Split Floorplan (bedrooms on opposite ends of condo) gives more privacy. Fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation stay. Includes lovely covered private patio to enjoy the beautiful Scottsdale weather and the gorgeous views of these park like grounds.

Shared amenities at this picture property include 3 terrific pools (one heated) with accompanying spas. Other features include a lighted tennis/pickleball court, a well equipped gym, and shared patio with gas BBQ and fire pit area. Entrance to bike and hiking trails from parking lot of complex.
Convenient residential location with many stores and restaurants in walking distance. Easy 101 freeway access.

Talking Stick Resort Casino and Salt River Field 3.5 miles south with Top Golf and I-Fly located there. Short drive to downtown Scottsdale and Scottsdale Stadium. OdySea aquarium 2.5 miles away. Westworld is 6.5 miles away.

Many golf courses nearby including TPC Scottsdale 7 miles away, (home of the Phoenix Open Golf Tournament), Talking Stick Golf Course, and McCormick Ranch GC.

The property was very nice, especially the proximity to the walking/biking trails. Would definitely stay there again. Tons of restaurants, shopping and activities nearby.

Centrally located to just about everything in town. Clean, comfortable, and enjoyable spot for our family this week. We really enjoyed the amenities. Heated pool and hot tubs were very nice.

Great getaway to Scottsdale

Visiting relatives in the area; great location for our needs; owner has given much thought about the comfort of guests. Pool was cold, but we had other things to do, so no worries.

Great Scottsdale Condo

Condo was wonderful. Nice and clean. Was very well stocked. Juanita had everything we needed. It's tucked away so very private and quiet. Good location.

Central location

Was in AZ for family members health issue and it was a perfect location for both the hospital and family members home. The condo was lovely but maybe a better cleaning crew for the kitchen is warranted

Excellent care from owner & management team!!

Property mgr Juanita and owner Ralph were extremely helpful and immediately resolved an issue we had! They were amazingly accommodating! Plus the condo was immaculate and very comfortable! Excellent location!! Thank you for making our trip great- we look forward to returning and staying here often!! Five stars to you both!!

Great stay

This was a part work-part vacation trip for us. Working from this location was easy thanks to the internet speed, tv set-up, separate spaces, and kitchen. The location near the highway gave quick access to golf, restaurants and other activities. It was useful having a workout facility and washer and dryer. We were hoping to us the pool and pickleball court, but the weather didn’t cooperate. Communication was great and lots of thoughtful extras. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Scottsdale Fun and Games

Juanita's unit was conveniently located with easy access to AZ, loop 101, shopping, golf courses and restaurants. The unit was located at the back of the complex in a very quite location, just steps to the swimming pool and hot tub. The furnishings and appointments in the unit were very nicely done. The keyless access was easy to use and eliminated the need to carry any extra keys. If you are looking for an easy, relaxing stay in the Phoenix/ Scottsdale area, this unit just might be the place for you.

Convenient and comfortable Condo

My husband and I had a very lovely stay at this clean and comfortable Condo. Our son who lives in Flagstaff was able to come stay with us a few days, and our 2 Grankids (10 and 8) who live in Scottsdale were able to come visit for my Birthday. It was so nice having 2 bathrooms, and also everything needed in the kitchen. The only suggestion I have is to maybe have some board games to play? Our Grandkids had some card and board games they brought over, so that was fun. Also, I think the porch light was burned out? I tried all the light switches inside, so that was the only conclusion I came up with for it not working. Just used my phones flashlight to see at night to put door code in. Wish you would have let us know about the porch light, we could have replaced the bulb at the beginning of your stay. For future reference, the Schlage button lights up the numbers on the door. A quiet oasis for a great getaway!

We stayed here for 7 nights, and enjoyed them all! This place is clean and comfortable. It has everything you need, and there are 2 Fry's stores less than a mile away, for food and libations! The beds are comfortable, and you will have enough pillows, for sure!! The host is very receptive and responds quickly if a problem pops up! We had an issue with the television volume not working in the living room, and with a few messages via the App, we solved the problem. ( we did a hard reboot of the router) It was the cable company issue... There is a sofa and 2 chairs in the living room to watch tv or relax, and I would suggest to the host to invest in at least one chair that is a little larger width size.. The chairs are on the skinny side, and would be totally ok for a skinny or more normal size person. I am a big guy, so I made it work, as my beautiful better half, loves a sofa. Ha! On a very good note, it was our 33rd Anniversary while we were staying there, and I asked the host if it was possible to buy flowers, and have them waiting for us when we arrive. Roger said that he would do his best to have them. Not only did he have flowers waiting, he went and bought a dozen red roses arrangement. My wife's eyes sparkled when she saw them. She was totally surprised! Thank You Roger! ( We arranged payment for the flowers and time thru the VRBO site) I would totally recommend staying here, and we will again when we come back to Scottsdale.. Happy Trails everyone!! Eric

Beautiful getaway

What a wonderful property for our week stay for a baseball tournament. Extremely clean facility that allowed us to have a full kitchen and nice community bbq grill. Would definitely recommend.
