The accommodation is a practical and delightful apartment located in a very quiet area of the Lido di Noto, 250 m from the white rocks beach (sandy and equipped with a bar) and 7 km from the famous Noto, defined as the "capital of the Baroque" and having a historic center declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2002.

It is a villa on two levels of about 40 square meters per floor with attention to the smallest details, fully furnished and expertly divided into two characteristic rooms.

The first floor is dedicated to a spacious living area where you can find a kitchenette and a lounge which has a TV and sofa bed. Also on the first floor there is a toilet with washing machine.

The second floor concerns the sleeping area, where there is a comfortable bedroom with wardrobe and a bedroom for a total of 5 beds. In analogy to the first floor, there is a toilet, this time equipped with a shower cubicle.
