Gorgeous 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATH condo on the 4th FLOOR in the Seychelles Beach Resort Building.

Sleeps 10 - 1 BR with KING, 1 BR with QUEEN, and one additional sleeping area with FULL TRUNDLE. Living Room has FULL SLEEPER sofa and the EXTRA sitting area has a 2nd FULL SLEEPER sofa! One of the only units with a bonus seating area and bar. Nine foot ceilings and fully stocked, this unit will fill up fast.
All furnishings are upscale, including NEW bedding, furniture and cooking utensils - for maximum comfort, yet housekeeping is only $95-$115 depending on the length of the stay. Guests must be at least 25. Smoking is allowed ONLY on the balcony.

This beautiful and relaxing 4th FLOOR unit offers unique views of the beach and the gulf as if you are in a house by the water. It is high enough and on the south end so you cannot hear the loud music of the Schooners restaurant/bar but low enough that you can relax and see the sand and ocean from the living room. Our fourth floor unit also allows easy access to the third floor gym.
Enjoy your days lounging on the snowy beachfront of Panama City Beach in the Seychelles complimentary beach chairs. All the old hotels that were teenage hangouts are now multi-million dollar high rises catering to couples and families instead. Units like ours easily rent for over $3500 weekly in areas like Destin. Panama City Beach is fast becoming the family friendly hot spot on the coast!
The shining emerald sea invites swimmers while just a short walk away is St. Andrews Park - where fishing buffs can easily haul their share. The Seychelles has so much to do you rarely have to leave - with the large swimming pools (one heated), kid’s pool, Jacuzzi, fitness center and game room, you can enjoy your entire stay without driving anywhere else. You can even rent jet skis in summer in front of the resort.
Schooners “The Last Local Beach Club” is just next door, with its wonderful lunch and dinner menus. You won’t have to venture far for great seafood, like their fresh grouper or fried lobster. If you love live music in a casual atmosphere then Schooners is for you.
Flights are obtainable at Panama City or nearby Pensacola. We are five and a half hours from Atlanta or Birmingham, four and a half from New Orleans and only eight hours from Tennessee or Virginia.
