Sunshine, GREAT GOLF, upscale shopping and fine dining all await you at Spring Run at the Brooks. Spring Run, is a private par 72 championship golf course within walking/biking distance to the brand new Coconut Point Town Center which contains over 1.8 million square feet of speciality stores, department stores, bookstores, entertainment venues, plus dozens of restaurants and eateries in a beautiful Mediterranean-style open-air pedestrial enviornment.
Our first floor (no stairs) carriage home has panoramic views of the lake and thirteenth fairway, and includes ALL the amenities you would expect from a Bonita Bay property. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and the living area has an expansive 12 foot glass opening onto the lanai
The master bedroom, which also overlooks the lake and fairway, has a king-size bed, and is located in the back of the unit for complete privacy. The guest bedroom has twin beds, located in the front of the unit. This is a very private unit (no golf cart path).
The pool, hot tub and gas grills are close enough for convenience, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. There are tennis courts and an exercise suite located at the Spring Run Country Club.
You can also enjoy shopping at the beautiful MIROMAR OUTLETS, which is only 5 minutes away; as is upscale shopping at the PROMENADE, also only 5 minutes away. Regal 12 Cinema is only two miles away. There are numerous top notch restaurants in the area, and the brand new HYATT REGENCY hotel is located directly across from the main enterance of The Brooks.
