  A girlfriend of mine and I, along with our two toddlers stayed for a few days and we were quite happy with the accommodations. There was more than enough room (we could easily have brought the rest of our families) and the kiddos loved running around the place. The pools were too cold, but looked inviting. The whole place was well maintained and the staff friendly. Getting to the beach was lovely, and the location is perfect for families - lots of smooth sand (great for skimboarding), nice waves, and the pier is a pleasant walk away. All in all, a wonderful stay.

  My sister-in-law and I spent a month in this wonderful condo. The location is spectacular. We were very comfortable and plan on coming back. Beds were very comfy and everything we needed was available. Even for January, we had great weather and could sit out on the balcony which must have had the best view in the complex. Thank you, Tony!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

  Condo was FILTHY..You could clearly see it had not been cleaned. The other couple staying there was disgusted also.): Called to have someone come & clean the bathrooms at least & was told that Tony cleans it and they would contact him . He never called us back & when we arrived back home he had left a message on our home phone wanting to know what the problem was !!!!!!! Would never recommend his condo to anyone. Other than staying in filth for a week we had a great time. The Villa grounds are beautiful and the beach wonderful. Alot to see & do around the area. All in all a very relaxing vacation (:

  Owner response: I am sorry that you felt the bathroom was not up to your standards. However as you know live 10 minutes away and would have been there to fix any problem you had including a refund. We had just changed out the shower curtains before you got there. My wife and I clean the condo every week and I must have missed something that was not to your liking. I'm just sorry that you took the easy route and trashed us on the net. I would have taken the high road and called you . There are 8 other reviews ,both before your stay and after.All are positive 5 stars. By the way ,did you really live in filth for a week ? We have been in the service industry for 25 years and I realize not everyone will be pleased.however you are welcome to come again and I will personally handle any problems you may encounter. Thank you

  We have stayed at this villa for 3 years in a row. The unit is very clean, bright and comfortable. The view from the balcony of the ocean and the pool area is outstanding. The very cooperative owner, Tony, lives 10 minutes away a cooks a great baked ziti. The Villa Capriani has 3 pools, and a kiddy pool, and 2 hot tubs with saunas. In addition to the very unique architecture there are 2 tennis courts and an Italian restaurant in the lobby. There are several decent to very good restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

  Our family had a wonderful time this year. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed. I want to say that the owner was great to work with and our family enjoyed the BAKED ZITI. We would stay here again and would recommend to all..

  This was our first beach vacation and staying at this condo made it a great trip. The condo is nicely decorated and well equipped to support a family vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The views from the condo are some of the best in the complex. The description seemed right on. The beds were comfortable too! Also, the kids enjoyed the foosball and the Dish TV. The pool and beach access was great and made our stay even better. Also, we found the complex to be clean and the staff very helpful. The on-site restaurant was convenient and made our first night in TSB easy. Getting around the island and finding what you need couldn't be easier. There's a grocery store and other shops within 10 minutes. There isn't too much to do on this end of the island (other than the pier and the inter-coastal) - which is exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a relaxing week at the beach and that's exactly what we had - thanks to a great condo in a great location on the island. Communication with the owner was excellent. He answered all of our questions and was quick to reply to our phone calls (prior to our stay). We plan to return to this area and plan to rent this property again.

  My husband and I, along with our 2 1/2 year old daughter, spent an incredibly relaxing week in this beautiful condo. Our daughter really enjoyed the different experiences at each of the pools and the beach at the resort. Marlene, at the Cabana bar, was so friendly and made delicious frozen treats for both adults and children! The restaurant on site, Bella Luna, was delicious and had some unique kids' menu items beyond the usual kid friendly fare. The location of the condo was perfect, overlooking the pools and the beach. The park and bike paths were just up the street from the resort and the grocery store just 5 minutes away. We will definitely be returning next year! It was the perfect place to escape and reconnect with my family.

  This condo was very nicely decorated and well equipped, and was accurately described beforehand. There are excellent views of both the ocean and the multiple pools from the balcony. The complex itself is also very nice, with almost a Las Vegas type feel to the pool area. We were part of a family group renting multiple units, and the all the kids ( 10 to 16 years of age) had a great time in the pools and on the beach, and really had a blast at the DJ hosted dance party on Sunday evening. The beach itself was fantastic, very clean, and not at all crowded even at peak times. It was also very nice having the fishing pier just a short walk away. Access to shopping areas was good, especially the Food Lion that was just about five minutes away. However, for those looking to eat out often, restaurants are a bit more of a drive as most are in Surf City or Sneads Ferry. Our favorite was The Green Turtle, on the waterfront in Sneads Ferry. The owner was very helpful in answering questions and maintained excellent communications from our initial inquiry in January right through last week's visit. Fortunately we had no problems whatsoever that required his assistance during the week. I would definitely recommend this unit, as well as the Villa Capriani complex, to a friend.

  Our family recently stayed in this great condo in July, 2011. We enjoyed the wonderful amenities of the resort. Our preteen and teenage daughters loved the various pools and hot tubs and close access to the beach. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the mornings with our coffee watching the ocean for dolphins and we enjoyed walking the beach and looking for shells. The beach was warm, calm and enjoyable for all. The girls loved to boogie board each day. Great family vacation, comfortable unit, and the owner was extremely pleasant and helpful.
