Our Sparrow Pond cottage is a bright and cheerful vacation rental property. Only a five minute walk from the beach and with pool availability for our guests, the cottage is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It backs up to a private, undeveloped wooded area covered with lush semi-tropical vegetation. You may see deer as you sip coffee on the screened porch or enjoy the fresh fish you grilled while dining at the picnic table on the deck.
The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and offers broadband Internet access (DSL), as well as a 40" HiDef LCD television in the living room. The cottage is painted a soft, warm yellow color and has pickled pine floors in the living room. The colorful fabrics, eclectic mixture of furnishings, and complementing wallcoverings combine to produce a living space that transcends the expected.
The cottage has been and remains a fun and relaxing retreat for our family. If you choose it for your vacation, we hope that you will find it as special and memorable as we do.
