Modern Architect, Joseph Wasserman's house (4500sq ft.) with views out over 100 acres of farmland and hills beyond offer a peaceful, private retreat with screened porches and gas grill. This early 70's house was featured in House Beautiful 1974, has a fine sounding grand Steinway piano, a sociable kitchen and large dining room. The house sleeps 8-10 people with 4 bedrooms ( 3 queens, 2 twins, 1 bunk and 1 queen sized loft).
The pond is a favorite with a wood fired sauna. This porous house filled with windows resides in great privacy at the top of a hill. Just 20 minutes to Great Barrington enjoy the Berkshires at its best. In the fall come for spectacular foliage viewing, in the winter cross country ski out the door, in the spring hike the local water falls and in the summer grill on the spacious screened patio . All year round enjoy a magnificent view of the stars uninterrupted by city lights.
