Arguably the most magical location in Paris, because a walk at midnight over the bridges will allow you to soak the spirit of Paris, then walk safely home, after dark among all the tourists in the brightly lit streets lined with shops, bakeries, cafe and restaurants.

LES STUDIOS
Firt floor (french) of a historical building, each studio has 2 tall windows looking out on a pedestrian street. The studios are furnished with a double-bed, cafe-style table & chairs, TV and a folded twin sofa tounfold for third guest. In the kitchenette there are two cooking plates, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, wine glasses and all ustencils.

  • Staying at the studio 22 St Severin was just what I imagined the apt. would be like. I was completely satisfied, felt safe, and realized what a fantastic location I had happened upon. The owners are jewels and very accomodating. Anyone on a moderate budget heading to Paris need not stay anywhere else except at Studio 22! My heart is in Paris!!!!

  • My very close friend, Tanya was to have traveled to Paris when she was a student in high school over 35 years ago. Life got is the way and she never made that trip. We fulfilled her life-long dream to visit Paris in May and staying at 22 St Severin was the best decision we made in our plans! The location was perfect - close to so many special places plus easy access to all of Paris via the Batobus and Metro. How exciting to stay in a place so full of history. Notre Dame and the Seine were just around the corner and so beautiful day or night! We shopped at the Monoprix with our market bag and brought coffee, fruit, wine and cheese back to our little Paris "home". From the tall windows we could watch all of the activity on the street below - and have our picture taken by other tourists. Our days were filled with visits to Museums, Parks, shops and stops for cafe au lait and pain au chocolat - sitting in a cafe watching people pass by. Each evening we returned home somewhat tired but so filled with joy over our many experiences that day. Every day we were cheerfully greeted by the staff of the Italian restaurant on the street level of our building. We ate twice at La Dolce Vita and would recommend it highly to anyone. The food was excellent, reasonably priced, and the staff was so friendly and nice. (St. Severin across the street was overpriced and had very poor service) The brasserie down the street was fabulous!) We truly felt like Parisians for our one week stay!   • Claude, Just a note to say thanks very much for the use of your apartment, we're just back today and have had the most wonderful honeymoon. The apartment is a real gem and could not be in a better location. Walking out of the front door was like being dropped straight into the centre of the action, fantastic. My father is an amateur artist so we've contributed one of his paintings to apartment number 3. We'd absolutely recommend anyone to use your apartments, and to follow the guidance which you sent through, hey, the lockboxes were even straight forward in reality.   • Our stay at 22 St. Severin was absolutely delightful! It was convenient to everything Paris has to offer, including the best Monoprix grocery in all of Paris. The metro is steps away, and the restaurant downstairs served the best plate of duck I have had in my entire life! Everything you need in the apartment is available and the street is lively. Our 8 day stay flew by!

  • I am so sorry it has taken me so long to write but I hit the ground running the moment I got home from Paris! I would just like to say a huge thank you for our stay we truly had the most wonderful time we made sure we kissed everywhere we could much to everyone’s disapproval and we hugged the oldest tree in Europe!! I could go on for hours !We have so many happy memories and still giggle now when I think of all the fun we got up to. We really look forward to staying there again it immediately felt like home.   • Claude and Violaine, Thank you so much for letting us stay in your studios. We had an excellent time and 22 St. Severin was very convenient. We walked every where and visited you "uncle" on the first day and said "Bonjour". We spent all day Friday at the Louvre and saw many spectacular pieces of art (of course, La Jaconde & Winged Victory), plus saw Notre Dame, Ste. Chapelle, and various gardens.
