When your head hits the pillow, you'll hear the surf hit the sand! This second floor condo has a private balcony with a magnificent ocean view. Early morning risers can enjoy the sun peek out over the ocean. The northeast direction of the condo balcony allows for perfect views of NASA rocket launches.
You will find all the amenities plus lots of extras to make your stay comfortable. Master bedroom with queen bed and private bath. Guest room with 2 twin size beds and hallway bath.
Free wireless internet access in all rooms. Newly carpeted, painted and new kitchen lighting installed. My condo is CLEAN and BEAUTIFUL and COMFORTABLE.
TV and DVD player in bedrooms. Beach towels and all linens provided. Washers and dryers are centrally located on each floor. The kitchen is more than adequately stocked for your needs.
Grocery store, movie theater, and fast food restaurants are directly across the street within walking distance. Dining out options are numerous and varied within a minimal driving distance. A large collection of local menus are maintained in the unit for your consideration.
Shopping options for all budgets are nearby. Historic Cocoa Village and Historic Downtown Melbourne are within a short driving distance and provide specialty shopping and dining options. An upscale shopping district with movie theater and restaurants is also within a minimal driving distance. Treasure hunters will want to check out the multiple antique and thrift stores in the area.
Our beautiful pool is located right on the beach with a fabulous ocean view. In the fall and winter months, the pool is comfortably heated in the winter months. You can sit by the pool and look out at the surf - this really is Paradise! No place else in our area has a pool that allows you to look directly a the beach!
An onsite manager is available 24/7 for additional needs or assistance.
This is a 48 unit complex and the rates listed are owner specific. This is my very special home away from home - I hope you will make it yours as well.

A very warm, reasonable, comfortable, and inviting rental that truly feels like the owner's home and not just another beach rental. Clean as a whistle with an oceanfront view to die for from the very private balcony. Shopping, movies, Dunkin Donuts right across the street. Very responsive on-site management and a caring owner who actually called to make sure we arrived OK - since we headed down to FL from a blizzard for our two-week stay over the holidays. Thanks Vicki for working with us on our arrival date which was delayed due to the snow (we were driving)!! I feel like I've made a friend and not just a unit owner. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful accomodations. And what a treat to be just a few steps from that great beach. It by far was one of the most relaxing vacations we've had. We will be coming back!

What a delightful weekend was spent at Paradise Beach Club. This condo was a perfect getaway for a weekend. The owner maintains a pristine unit that provides beautiful ocean views and luxury accomodations. A real find!!!

This condo is one of my most favorite vacation spots. This is the vacation I take when I want to relax in a beautiful place. I have stayed in this unit many times. My favorite thing is that the sitting by the pool is also sitting oceanside! This is truly a great escape as well as a beautiful condo. Enjoy. Karen
