Alys Beach house description

This home is a 3 minute walk to the private beach access and is located in the heart of Alys Beach. This home has the option of being rented as a 4 or 5 bedroom unit. A plunge pool, shaded loggia, and beautiful water fountain complete the courtyard. The second floor offers three spacious bedrooms, a study perfect for reading or playing games with the family. The kitchen has views of the courtyard, is fully equipped and features top-of-the-line appliances with granite countertops. A private guest suite is located just off the main house. We offer daily bike and beach chair rentals through our concierge office.
