"Paradise South” is a wonderful home away from home as its' Southern Exposure frames the “Quiet Pool” and captures the Southern Sun all day. The gentle breezes from the Gulf of Mexico will tantalize you as the tropical atmosphere provides total relaxation. One can easily become accustomed to the serene peace that this condominium offers.
Just around the corner is a separate enclave with the huge Resort Pool that beckons you when you feel the need to be more social. An array of amenities surrounds this enormous Resort Pool. The Groggy Frog, our poolside Chickee Hut, is a great place to make new friends and enjoy casual fare and cold drinks beneath the shade of its thatched roof. With 2 TV’s and counter seating you can enjoy your favorite sporting event and still enjoy the fun and sun.
Next to the Chickee is The Island House, our two-story, free-standing clubhouse. You and your friends can make yourself at home in the Media Room to enjoy the 5’ TV, or enjoy a full body workout at the Fitness Center featuring Cybex and True equipment. It is First Class!
If you are up to a game of Billiards you will find the perfect room next to the Social Room. And, don’t forget the Internet Café where you can take your laptop for free wireless access. It is all here for you to enjoy and it does not take long to appreciate the casual upscale living combined with Bonita Village’s unique tropical atmosphere.
This vacation residence carries the areas sub-tropical atmosphere inside. You will find it light and bright and very open with special 10'8" ceilings! We owned other property in the area and liked the location and quality of Bonita Village. The values are great right now and the amenities are fabulous. We like the idea we could rent it out and still have a few weeks use for family or friends occasionally. It has turned out better than we expected.
