This beautiful, pet-friendly townhouse is situated directly on the white-sand beaches of the emerald coast. It can be rented to suit your needs, as two units or one. Bali Button (A) sleeps up to six and Bali Button 2 (B) sleeps up to four. Each individual unit has its own full kitchen, bathrooms, laundry facilities, and decks overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Recent remodellng of our beach homes includes new bath vanities with granite counters and marble sinks. The kitchen have been completely redone with Custom cabinets with stainless appliances and quartz counter. Bali Button has brand new decks with Azek raikungs and flooring. The top two deck floors are now solid allowing you to enjoy rainy days on the deck and not worry about spills from above! Sit back and relax on these new decks on the brand new PVC furniture with sunbrella cushions. AND YES WE HAVE HIGHSPEED WIRELESS AVAILABLE......TAKE THE COMPUTER TO THE BEACH!!
Bali Button is in the top two floors of the townhouse. Both the master bedroom and living room have wall-to-wall sliding glass doors which open onto large balconies. The view is breathtaking and the decor is spectacular. We have decorated the unit with unique furnishings from Bali, Indonesia, including a custom made couch for the living room that expands to make a queen size bed. "Bali Button 2" has also been renovated and is located on the bottom floor on this three-story townhouse.
Both units have a private entrance from parking just off of Scenic Gulf Highway (Old Highway 98). The units also connect with an interior double locking door.
The private beach is accessible from both units. Just step off the deck and you are on your own private beach.
There are several good restaurants within walking distance from the beach. Destin offers many world-class golf courses and there is a large outlet mall nearby.
With advanced planning for such events as weddings, family reunions, and business meetings, utilizing our other townhouse in the same complex , we can accommodate up to 20 people.

Why the Owner Chose Sanddollar Townhomes
I used to live in this Townhome while I was in the military. I split it into two seperate units when I lived there so I could rent out the upper 2 floors. I stayed in the bottom floor 1 bedroom unit. It worked out great because I was deployed about 200 days a year.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
While staying at our Balinese style townhomes you get to enjoy a refreshing change from the standard "flower print" furniture that, for some reason, is so popular with owners here. Personally, it gives me a headache:). We are directly ocean front and being local, we are on top of repairs and other issues that could interfere with your vacation. We also have complementary high speed wireless internet to allow you to enjoy the decks while keeping up with work and friends. We are constantly upgrading our units and take to heart any input that our customers have. I travel a lot and I try to bring home ideas that I see in hotels I stay at. Lastly, we own two townhomes side by side that are virtually identical so we can accomodate large parties. We think you'll enjoy our homes as much as we do. Call us anytime.

I've stayed in this condo twice now and can't imagine staying any where else. It's directly on the beach. The views are spectacular. It's within walking distance to several local restaurants. The Bali style is such a nice change from the typical palm tree/floral decor. The king bed in the master is beautiful and very comfortable, while it has a private deck that overlooks the beach also. The up-to-date kitchen is perfect for dining in. The owner is very nice and quick to answer any problems that may arise while you are there. I love that she allows my dog to come with me. It's a great place! I look forward to staying there again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

I have stayed in many homes, condos and townhomes in the Destin area. Sanddollar is by far the best location!! If you are searching for a place to stay that is so close to the water you really don't even have to leave your deck, this is it. Told my friends and family that I was staying somewhere that truly is right on the beach and they said "Yeah, you always do that." I tried to explain that this one was different. Don't think they believed me until they saw my pictures. Renee is great to rent from. She was very quick to reply to any questions I had and made sure my stay was comfortable. Thank you Renee for providing such great service! I have a girls trip and a trip with my son to plan soon. Cannot wait to stay in one of your townhomes again!

I wanted to let everyone know how beautiful it is here! YOU MUST RENT FROM HERE! We rented from the nicest people that you could ever deal with from June 19-26. The owner's have beautifully decorated this townhome. I don't know if you guys get tired of all the floral and bright beach decorations like I do. If you do,you don't have to worry about that here. Have you ever had a problem renting from an owner and they were not fast with either answering your questions,or problems? You don't have to worry about that here. The owner's were swift with any kind of questions or problems I had. Even before I booked my trip they were like that. This townhome has a great location with beautiful views day or night. I came with a large family,and the townhome apartment top floor and bottom apartment was equipped with everything we needed. We had plenty of space for everyone that came. We were very pleased with this rental. You can tell the owners really take care of their property. We will be renting from them again. I highly recommend this property to anyone that's wants to stay in a top notch rental,and deal with owner's who know how to treat their renters.

Once again I want you to know what a wonderful trip we all had. The girls have already told me they want to stay there for our Spring Break again next year and I will email you as soon as the school calendar comes out to reserve the dates. Hello Renee! I was happy to receive your message today. Coincidentally, I was uploading our photos. Looking at them made me long to be there again. There is nothing like the beautiful view we had in our unit. The lulling of the surf each night, and first thing in the morning was incredible. I was a beach baby (Los Angeles), and frequented the wonderful beaches between Southern California and Oregon. I also spent time on the Hawaiian Islands. I have to tell you that our little spot on the beach was a slice of heaven. It reminded me of the Hawaiian waters. I have told so many people about the incredible job you do on your condo's. The Balinese decor is awesome. You have raised the bar, and we look forward to staying there again, and again. Thank you for your kindness. I loved our visit. You are a lovely person. I wanted you to know that we absolutely loved the master bedroom. We slept so well. The white sheets and white comforter were so refreshing. The mattress was very comfortable. I am trying to talk my husband into coming back to destin at christmas when both our daughters will be on break from school/college.
