This beautiful, pet-friendly townhouse is situated directly on the white-sand beaches of the emerald coast. It can be rented to suit your needs, as two units or one. Bali Button (A) sleeps up to six and Bali Button 2 (B) sleeps up to four. Each individual unit has its own full kitchen, bathrooms, laundry facilities, and decks overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Recent remodellng of our beach homes includes new bath vanities with granite counters and marble sinks. The kitchen have been completely redone with Custom cabinets with stainless appliances and quartz counter. Bali Button has brand new decks with Azek railings and flooring. The top two deck floors are now solid allowing you to enjoy rainy days on the deck and not worry about spills from above! Sit back and relax on these new decks on the brand new PVC furniture with sunbrella cushions. AND YES WE HAVE HIGHSPEED WIRELESS AVAILABLE......TAKE THE COMPUTER TO THE BEACH!!
Bali Button is in the top two floors of the townhouse. Both the master bedroom and living room have wall-to-wall sliding glass doors which open onto large balconies. The view is breathtaking and the decor is spectacular. We have decorated the unit with unique furnishings from Bali, Indonesia, including a custom made couch for the living room that expands to make a queen size bed. 'Bali Button 2' has also been renovated and is located on the bottom floor on this three-story townhouse.
Both units have a private entrance from parking just off of Scenic Gulf Highway (Old Highway 98). The units also connect with an interior double locking door.
The private beach is accessible from both units. Just step off the deck and you are on your own private beach.
There are several good restaurants within walking distance from the beach. Destin offers many world-class golf courses and there is a large outlet mall nearby.
With advanced planning for such events as weddings, family reunions, and business meetings, utilizing our other townhouse in the same complex , we can accommodate up to 20 people.

About the owner: Hello, we are Patrick and Renee Finn. Patrick is a pilot with United Airlines. Renee and Patrick also own a local real estate company that striclty handles foreclosure properties in the area. We are avid boaters and love to travel. Why the Owner Chose Sanddollar Townhomes: I used to live in this Townhome while I was in the military. I split it into two seperate units when I lived there so I could rent out the upper 2 floors. I stayed in the bottom floor 1 bedroom unit. It worked out great because I was deployed about 200 days a year.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome: While staying at our Balinese style townhomes you get to enjoy a refreshing change from the standard 'flower print' furniture that, for some reason, is so popular with owners here. Personally, it gives me a headache:). We are directly ocean front and being local, we are on top of repairs and other issues that could interfere with your vacation. We also have complementary high speed wireless internet to allow you to enjoy the decks while keeping up with work and friends. We are constantly upgrading our units and take to heart any input that our customers have. I travel a lot and I try to bring home ideas that I see in hotels I stay at.
