This beautiful, pet-friendly townhouse is situated directly on the white-sand beaches of the emerald coast. It can be rented to suit your needs, as two units or one. Bali Button (A) sleeps up to six and Bali Button 2 (B) sleeps up to four. Each individual unit has its own full kitchen, bathrooms, laundry facilities, and decks overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Recent remodellng of our beach homes includes new bath vanities with granite counters and marble sinks. The kitchen have been completely redone with Custom cabinets with stainless appliances and quartz counter. Bali Button has brand new decks with Azek railings and flooring. The top two deck floors are now solid allowing you to enjoy rainy days on the deck and not worry about spills from above! Sit back and relax on these new decks on the brand new PVC furniture with sunbrella cushions. AND YES WE HAVE HIGHSPEED WIRELESS AVAILABLE......TAKE THE COMPUTER TO THE BEACH!!
Bali Button is in the top two floors of the townhouse. Both the master bedroom and living room have wall-to-wall sliding glass doors which open onto large balconies. The view is breathtaking and the decor is spectacular. We have decorated the unit with unique furnishings from Bali, Indonesia, including a custom made couch for the living room that expands to make a queen size bed. 'Bali Button 2' has also been renovated and is located on the bottom floor on this three-story townhouse.
Both units have a private entrance from parking just off of Scenic Gulf Highway (Old Highway 98). The units also connect with an interior double locking door.
The private beach is accessible from both units. Just step off the deck and you are on your own private beach.
There are several good restaurants within walking distance from the beach. Destin offers many world-class golf courses and there is a large outlet mall nearby.
With advanced planning for such events as weddings, family reunions, and business meetings, utilizing our other townhouse in the same complex , we can accommodate up to 20 people.

We stayed in the one bedroom Cappuccino for the month of February and had great time.It is small but had everything we needed. Tile and laminate floors ; no stinky carpet.My husband is disabled so ground floor with no stairs was great. Fast response to problems. Dryer went out Sunday night and was fixed Monday morning. Clean and updated. We put an air bed on the futon and slept there so we could watch the waves from bed;the water is that close. We brought our little dog but he wasn't allowed on the beach during the day{permit needed} but he did fine inside and there was a great bike/walking path across the street.. Wish the deck roof was covered so we could sit out when it rained. Other than that everything was fine.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners.

This may be one of the best values in the area. My wife and I spent January and February in the unit and found it to meet all of our expectations and the photo very accurately described the decor and appearance of the unit. We found it very convenient to park right at the front door and to be be able to walk our dog a short distance across the street for her to do "her thing" The kitchen was very well equiped and met all of our needs. We especally enjoyed the use of the decks on both floors and sitting out each morning having coffee and admiring the beach and the water. The owners seem very concerned that we were comfortable and were easy to deal with. We look forward to returing next January and February.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We have rented this property for 5 years .The first thing that drew our attention was the location on the beach. No roads to cross or loading up a car to get there. Renee has been very helpful in making sure that every stay is what you are there for, vacation. It has become our home away from home. The pictures she has posted are exactly what you see in her properties. She has been updating continually and keeps them well maintaned. I have referred several people to her and they have all loved it too. Whether you are needing for a family of 2 or more she can accommidate you.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Owner response: I have managed my own property now for 10 years and this is the first time I have had someone request this. They are paver driveways with lighter colored pavers to show the separations. If I painted numbers it would ruin the expensive pavers. That is why lighter colors were used to separate the lines. Instead of just posting on the internet why not call the owner and ask questions? I am always available to answer calls and emails and can even show guests where to park as I live close by. We just do not have complaints on this issue. You are a past renter and i email out the information before check in with my cell, email and maintenance persons name and number. You confirmed receipt that you received this. In the future just call and we will be glad to show you where to park your car.

My husband and I rented the Java house unit 7A and our very dear friends and extended family rented all the rest of Renee's available townhouses in the same area. This was our second year at this location in Destin. No, it's not a fancy resort and yes there are alot of stairs but we wouldn't trade staying there for anything else. The master bath fan still needs fixing, and my daughter complained a bit about too much sunlight coming in through the bedroom facing the street but other than that it and Renee met all of our needs. We are already booked again for next year and for as many years as the good Lord allows us.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We stayed at this beach house for a week in March and it was a truly awesome experience. The beach was very accesible, the house was beautifully renovated and decorated, and the location was very close to everywhere we wanted to go and visit. Hi everyone!!!! We just got home from a week at Bali Button and loved it! We did the 2 bedroom and there were 2 adults and 2 teen girls. We had plenty of room, plenty of privacy. The master bedroom opens up onto a deck right on the water as well as the living room. It is in a great location close to everything. The beach was perfect... The decor is very nice, not the usual pink and blue beachy stuff, but nicely decorated, simple and lovely. It was clean when we got there, no complaints at all! Great kitchen, had everything we needed. Thanks for such a lovely place Renee!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This was our third year staying at this unit and we love it! It's like our home away from home. Each year something new has been done to make the unit even better. We are looking forward to another return visit in the coming year. The unit is as advertised (RIGHT ON THE BEACH) and still close to restaurants, grocery stores, red box DVDs, and shopping, including Silver Sands Outlets.The windows facing the ocean have panoramic views so we can always be looking out while relaxing in the clean, comfortable rooms. We love going out on the decks to enjoy the unobstructed views of the white sands and beautiful sunsets, as well as some dolphin sightings especially in the morning and afternoon.Walk down a few steps and you are on the beach.The kitchen has up to date appliances, cabinets, and is well stocked with dishes,utensils,cookware and everything you need.The bedrooms, closets and bathrooms are clean and very nice with updated floors, cabinets and sinks. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room, as well as TVs in the bedrooms.The wifi was excellent.The owner (Renee), as well as a maintenance person, are available for any concerns with a quick response if needed. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend this unit.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I first want to say that when I called Renee about the contractors next door stacking lumber in our parking spot or getting a repair man for the air conditioner unit, she responded fast and got things fixed. I was told their was only one parking spot but I didn't think it would be that much of a problem until we got to the complex. We could not have anyone over because no place to park. We are glad we did not drive our truck because the spaces were so narrow. Also the bed was comfortable but the living room furniture was not at all comfortable for a month stay. The place was fairly clean but the vent fan did not work in the master bath. Too many stairs for my husband so we will not be staying here again. A plus is that you were allowed pets.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, pet owners.
Owner response: We pride ourselves in responding fast to any issues. We had just put a $7000 new zonal AC system in and had to have the company come back and adjust. In addition once I got the call for the lumber being delivered in the wrong spot I had someone over there within 30 minutes and also spoke to the owner. That renovation will be done next week. I have had no other complaints except from this client. We have never had any issues with complaints about our furnishings. I was told by 3 people including my maintenance person that this renter was complaining and looking for a refund. I got a call from the renter who asked to move as her other place they normally rent had a cancellation. I told her if it was closer to the 1st I could have re rented. I also have a strict policy on cleanings. All customers must let me know via phone call or email that they are totally satisfied with the cleaning upon check in or the cleaners will come back until customers are satisfied. Cleaners are not paid til then. I spoke with this renter and they were satisfied. Another issue about the stairs. I always make sure people understand the stairs. We are an oceanfront town home. I especially go over this with Snow Birds as most are older. Betty assured me this would not be a problem. I am not sure what else we could have done except allow for free.

Why the Owner Chose Sanddollar Townhomes:
I used to live in this Townhome while I was in the military. I split it into two seperate units when I lived there so I could rent out the upper 2 floors. I stayed in the bottom floor 1 bedroom unit. It worked out great because I was deployed about 200 days a year.

Personally, it gives me a headache:). We are directly ocean front and being local, we are on top of repairs and other issues that could interfere with your vacation. We also have complementary high speed wireless internet to allow you to enjoy the decks while keeping up with work and friends.
