  There are not enough accolades for this property! It is fabulous. Where do I begin? Rooms are spacious and the decoration throughout is noteworthy of photos and googling Chinese culture. You will be spoiled with silk pillows in the living area with multi-recliners and sofas. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, along with all the little things you forget (ex. Scissors, etc). More dishes and pots and pans than in your own kitchen! Each bedroom has it's own TV and walk in shower. Tubs for the 2 larger downstairs. The pool is more than incredible! Have it heated for sure. That and the spa and lighting will make you think you are in heaven! My children and grandsons had a wonderful time and the Godfrey's were a dream to deal with!

  Excellent property for family gathering in Disney. We were there at Christmas. The parks were crowded as expected but there was plenty of room in the house for everyone to get some space. Pool and hot tub are a significant part of the holiday and was filled with kidsnwell into the evening. Clean and well managed. Online pictures are true to what you will find. Enjoy.

  The house was perfect for our family reunion of 14 people. It is near all the attractions and on the prettiest,most private lot in the subdivision, looking out on the lake. The roads in the area were very quiet which was nice for walking and running. We all enjoyed the pool and eating meals out in the lanai. It was very reassuring to be able to contact Alan so easily regarding every aspect of the rental. There are many extras like towels and baby equipment but we were glad to have the Winn Dixie close for things like kleenex, paper towels, soap,cleaners. All in all a great experience and we would certainly recommend this property.

  LOCATION,LOCATION,LOCATION!!!PERFECT FOR WHAT WE WANTED TO DO,,,,MAGIC KINGDOM,UNIVERSAL STUDIOS AND OF COURSE CIRQUE DU SOLEIL!!....PLUS LOTS OF SHOPPING.......THE HOME ITSELF,"MEGA". HAD TO DRAG MY THREE BOYS OUT OF THE POOL EVERY TIME THAT WE WERE DUE TO GO OUT,THEN ON A NIGHT THEY HAD TO DRAG ME OUT OF THE HOT TUB...LUSH IN THERE....... OUR FAMILY HAS BEEN COMING TO ORLANDO NOW FOR OVER 30 YEARS,AND WE HAVE BETWEEN US ALL STAYED IN SOME NICE PLACES,EG.HOTELS,CONDOS,VILLAS,,,BUT NONE HAVE BEEN AS CLASSY AS THE WATERS EDGE!!!! IT HAS A VERY HOMELY FEELING TO IT,WHICH I MYSELF WAS GLAD OF AS I DO NOT SETTLE WELL IN DIFFERANT SURROUNDINGS.. ALAN,THE OWNER WAS AN ABSOLUTE DIAMOND TO DEAL WITH...SO EAGER TO GIVE INFORMATION ON THE SLIGHTEST QUERY.ABSOLUTE STAR YOU ARE ALAN,THANK YOU.   From start to finish, dealing with Alan was an absolute joy. After initial email communication, Alan was very quick to pick up the phone and call me to discuss any questions I had regarding the booking process. Alan spoke very highly of his Florida home and when we arrived we weren't disappointed. The villa is simply stunning and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Upon arrival we discovered the BBQ wasn't working so we called the management company. Within 30 minutes a very pleasant man called Pete arrived, checked the BBQ and told us he'd replace it that day. An hour later Pete returned with a brand-new BBQ which was fantastic. Our entire 2 week stay was faultless - I really can't enthuse enough about the villa. There were 11 of us (9 adults and 2 children) but the villa is so large that we really felt at home - never cramped or getting under each other's feet. The location of the villa is also ideal. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and of course, all of the parks are very close and so easy to get to. We hope to return to Orlando within the next few years and when we do I'll definitely be in contact with Alan straight away! This villa made our stay the holiday of a lifetime!!!! Thanks Alan!

  Everything about this home and my dealings with the owner is first class. The home was as advertised and then some. Alan went above and beyond meeting the needs of my family during our stay last week. I have no reservations at all recommending this property. If you are looking for a beautiful home to stay in, thats within 15 minutes of all the Disney Parks as well as Universal Studios, for a large group, then this is the home for you. Alan I hope to see you again in the near future.

  I have just returned from taking 11 teenagers to a tournament in Orlando. We usually stay in hotels. This was my first time to rent a home. First of all, Alan is very helpful. He called me a couple of times to answer questions. The house is in a great location. Close to I-4 which takes you to Disney, Universal and ESPN Sports complex. The neighborhood and home are very secure. The house is large and roomy. My group had plenty of room to spread out. The pool area, game room, den and kitchens areas are very nice for the group to gather. It was very helpful having a laundry room in the house and not down the hall or down the street. There are tons of restaurants very close to the house as well as a Wind Dixie at the end of the street. The house was very nice and clean. If I ever take a group back to Orlando, I will be calling Alan again.

  We rented this place for a combination wedding and family reunion and there were 14 adults and 5 kids (under 6). Plenty of room to spread out and the pool area is really fantastic with plenty of seating, tables, etc! Suggest you call ahead day of arrival (I wish we had) because the place was not ready for us at our 5PM check-in. Somehow they expected us the next day! I will say that the mgmt office was very responsive and had cleaning staff and TV tech (the main TV was inoperable) at the office and all was made ready (but not until about 7PM for 5PM check-in). Other than that "glitch", the house was "as advertised" and provided comfortable accommodations for our large family group, in a nice setting.

  Owner response: I am sorry this happened, its the first time it has, and was due to a simple mix up by the Cleaning Crew, on the dates, but we sorted it as soon as possible, and Jim had the Home a couple of hours late.
