Villa Bougainvillea was built in 2006 on the side of a mountain with incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean, and the islands of St. Barrts, Anquilla, and Tintamare. Watch the yachts come in and out of Oyster Pond, and enjoy the beauty of Dawn Beach with its lengthy white sand beach, and the activities of the new Westin Hotel, all right below our Villa!
Villa Bougainvilea is largest home in prestigious Dawn Beach Estates, and every bedroom has its own private balcony; plus the living/dining area is extremely spacious with wrap-around views. There is a separate Media Room with full wet bar, and a 60" RCA DSL TV; and a gourmet kitchen with top-brand gourmet appliances, and its own balcony with dining/seating for everyone.
Use the Fitness Room every morning and then swim some laps in the infinity edged pool, which has extensive Tropitone furniture, and a private BBQ patio with seating.
Each bedroom has its own full bath, and the attached apartment has a king bed in a loft, full bath and a complete kitchenette. The separate fitness room has state of the art exercise equipment with wall mirrors, air conditioning and television.
No luggage to carry with a 3-story elevator; and lots of yard area to enjoy the tropical foliage; take the rock staircase to the very top of the property for 360' views of the incredible island scenery.
Housekeeping services are provided three days per week; and our Manager will meet you at the airport and follow you to the house. A gardener and pool service is also included.
SPECIAL OFFER: We also own a new, 52' Powerplay power-catamaran, St. Polly Girl, berthed in the Oyster Pond Marina, and renters of our home are offered a 10% discount when chartering our yacht thru Private Yacht Charters, located on the dock; St. Polly Girl can accommodate 10 people for the day, and she comes with Captain and mate.
