  Mark is so easy to work with, he goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable! Everything is just as he describes. This was our 4th trip to Sapphire Beach so it was like coming back home again. The view is breathtaking, we loved waking up to the sunrise over St. John and listening to the waves. Being so close to Red Hook is a plus for dinner, shopping and the Ferry to St. John. The weather was awesome, we didn't want to leave. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be renting from Mark again real soon!

  Our family of 3 adults and a 13 yr old girl spent 9 nights in this condo. We had no issues getting here using our rented car, the unit was open with the keys on the table, just as Mark said. The first thing that grabs you is the view from the balcony. It is wonderful, combining the sea and the mountain. The condo itself was well equipped with everything we needed, including beach towels. The beach chair situation is not quite clear, as the people form the rental desk on the beach wanted $7/chair/day, saying they had no contract with Mark. Of course we didn't pay this and found that if you arrive before they open around 8 AM and you already occupy a chair, they won't bother you. At the pool, you could have any chair, any time, it looks like nobody was minding those chairs. We did have a security guard come by the pool each day asking our unit number, but that was it. The sand in front of the units (not on the beach itself) was course and very shallow, with some rock under it. This explained why no one was playing volleyball there. The beach gets populated when the cruise people arrive, but it's never crowded. You could find a place to put your towel or the chair you bring. A big advantage of this location is the fact that the marina is right there, so we just stepped outside at 7 AM, on one of the days when we took a day trip to BVI, to get to our boat. I think this location is a good compromise between closeness to a good beach, nice views and value for the money. Mark was very accommodating with the final price. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone interested in spending some quality time in St Thomas.

  My wife and I had great time this year after our 27th visit to St. Thomas and the condo we stayed in was a fantastic value. Great views from the deck with St. John directly across the water, the marina next to the building and next to a beautiful beach. The condo was clean and made you feel like you were in the Caribbean with it's tropical decor and furnishings. The condo itself was very updated with marble counter tops and a cool bathroom. We would recommended it to anyone who enjoys this kind of atmosphere. Thanks

  We stayed at another condo at this resort and really liked it, but this one was even better!!! The bed was so comfortable. The palm tree view made it picture perfect! We even saw a double rainbow out our window. Everything was fully equipped. The only thing you needed to do was buy food. We've stayed at a lot of VRBO properties all over the world and this was the first one that supplied soap, shampoo and lotion. Couldn't believe it! Mark is such a sweet person and was very concerned about our comfort. He even called us the night we arrived home to make sure we were happy with the condo. Great condo! Great experience!

  Our stay at Marks condo was like an oasis. Everytime we opened up the front door and felt the breeze coming in from the ocean. My favorite thing was sitting out on the lanai looking out over the nearby islands and listening to the waves. We had a wonderful time!

  It was everything Mark, the owner, described. We had no issues with the condo, meet some very nice people on the beach, got sunburnt (too much rum) and learned to drive on the left. Took the car ferry to St. John and would recommend not stopping at Trunk Bay (too many people) and hike in to Leinester bay it is worth the hike.

  Simple, "Palm One" is a very special place. This unit is uniquely situated on the quiet end of one of the finest beaches on St. Thomas, with a view of St. John that is simply breath-taking, owned and managed by someone who TRULY wants you to have a vaction of a lifetime, all for a very affordable price. Sure, you can find all-inclusives, or newer condos, or more luxurious accomodations but we have found this unit, at these prices to be EXACTLY what we desire in a vacation rental. We have been so totally satisfied each and every time that we have now returned three times in the past 24 months....and we will continue to rent this unit from this owner. Specifically, these are our observations about Palm One. The view from the patio is BETTER than advertised. A beautiful panoramic view of St. John artistically framed with a single palm tree is a photographer's dream. The condo is exactly as seen in the pictures as the owner is consciencious about keeping the unit fresh and clean. The linens are new and luxurious, the towels are thick and soft, the kitchen is simple yet complete, and the TV is large (but you will never want to turn it on). Everything is there that you need to have a GREAT vacation, the beach is just a few steps out the door, the location near Red Hook is desirable....all at a very competitive price AND an owner/manager who will personally take care of your booking. The owner, in our experience, truly wants you to have a great vacation, and will do everything in his power to insure this unit lives up to it's stellar reputation. I wholeheartedly recommend this condo to any visitor to the Virgin Islands....it's that good.

  Went for our 15th anniversary and had a wonderful time. The condo was great with everything we needed. Mark was easy to talk with and made everything smooth. If your on VRBO your doing your research and will have a great time when you get there. The views are worth a million bucks.

  Amazing stay at E202! The view was definitely the best on the resort..loved how it was on the quieter side of the beach. They were working on cleaning up the resort while we were there, being that it was their "off season". Hopefully it is even better the next time we visit!

  We had a great time in St Thomas at Mark's condo! The condo is literally 10 feet from the beach, and Sapphire has the most beautiful water...it was so beautiful it seemed almost unreal! Sapphire Beach resort and marina is an older 'resort', but so are most things in St Thomas and Mark's unit is very comfortable with all the amenities of home. It is very close to other great beaches, to the ferry to St John, and to lots of great restaurants. The snorkeling at Sapphire is awesome - we saw a Manta Ray, many sea turtles and multiple fish. We ran out of towels early on in our stay and a quick text to Mark and we received them almost immediately, he definitely takes great care of those who stay in his place! There was snorkel gear in his unit, chairs, and beach towels, etc provided. We definitely plan to return in future!
