"Money can't buy happiness, but it can buy a ticket to St Thomas, which is kind of the same thing"
This condo is a great year-round rental. Summertime is great because my unit directly faces the incoming breeze. Open my sliding doors and the front door and a beautiful tropical breeze blows through all day.
I took all of the photographs on this page. They are all from a typical week in a beautiful St Thomas vacation. The first photograph and the last 5 photos are all from the deck of my beach condo.
This property has a wonderful view and is in the best location at Sapphire Beach. It has great access to the wonders that are the US Virgin Islands. The condo is completely remodeled and looks and feels great.
You will be gently serenaded to sleep every night with the sound of the ocean waves just 20 feet from the deck.
There is a large LCD television, cable and DVD player.
Full size kitchen with microwave and convection oven.
King size bed with summer down comforter and oversized pillows.
Featured at no additional charge is a beautiful sunrise every morning that you can watch without getting out of bed.

Why the Owner Chose Sapphire Beach Resort & Marina
My Condo at Sapphire Beach was a carefully thought out choice of beauty and convenience. E202 enjoys a beautiful breeze and magnificent views year round. The morning sunrise over St John is a breathtaking daily event. Full moon rise from the deck is a monthly spectacle worth planning your visit to St Thomas around.

My wife and I just got home from our second stay in this unit. We will return again and again for some very good reasons. First off, Mark (the owner) continually goes out of his way to make sure that your dream vacation becomes a reality. Second, well, just look at the view. It's simply a stunning property. Out of all of the condos at Sapphire, I can't think of a single condo that has a better location. It's near the pool, just steps away from some of the best snorkeling on the island, and yet you get a real sense of privacy. And the first time you see the sun rise over St. John, artistically framed by the single palm tree, you will fall in love. We have already let Mark know when we intend to return, and we just got back two days ago. I can't think of a better recommendation.

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at Mark's beautiful condo. It was wonderful. Mark was very nice and helpful in answering all our questions before we arrived. The view from the deck is breathtaking. I especially liked the view of the lights on St John at night + you can see lights from Tortola also in the distance. At night the sound of the waves were soothing to listen to. If you like watching boating activity, there is plenty of that with the marina right next door. We enjoyed having Red Hook just a few minutes away with all of its fun places to eat, drink & shop. If you go, rent a car and take it on the car barge over to St John. The beaches there are beautiful. We also made it out to Coral Bay for a great time & lunch at Island Blues. The drive there is an adventure, the views spectacular. All in all we had a great time and hope to have the chance to visit Mark's place in paradise again someday.

All I can say is that I am in love with St. Thomas!!!! This was my first vacation to St. Thomas and Sapphire Beach Resort. The pictures of the condo were exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with all the things needed for some R&R. The sound of the waves in the evening and in the morning were priceless. Mark was available whenever I needed him for questions. I spent my time in St. Thomas drinking rum, lying on the white sandy beaches, and doing a little "girl" shopping. I highly recommend Cardow Jewelers and Golden Star Jewelers for all you ladies out there. Island Top Pizza in Red Hook was one of my favorite eating establishments in the evening. Duffy's Love Shack is great for fun drinks and lots of dancing. I can't say enough good things about my vacation. When time allows, I will return. St.Thomas showed me that clarity is the most beautiful thing in the world.

The condo is exactly as stated--actually nicer than the pictures show. The amenities are better than described. The property is SUPER CLEAN and WELL MAINTAINED. The owner was always available to answer ANY QUESTION--regardless of how minor. Phone calls were answered immediately or returned within 10 minutes or less. RECOMMENDED for couples, families with 2 or less children or anyone seeking a beautiful, peaceful, relaxing vacation. The condo is close to most everything you need on the island. It offers a peaceful atmospher due to thick condo walls with excellent sound-proofing, and is finely appointed with granite countertops, new cabinetry, and tile work. ADJACENT to the condo is a marina where you can purchase fresh fish, rent a wave runner, or take a Sail Boat/Snorkel Trip (we suggest New Horizons Full Day trip). Coki Beach/Coral World are within 5-10 minutes away and a must see/do! The Ferry to St John is 5 minutes away in Red Hook. Don't wait....book your trip today!
Owner response:Denita and Scott were wonderful guests. They had a little trouble with their return flight and I was able to help with a couple of 'emergency days' at the end of their stay. Thanks for your kind review, and I would love to have you back again next year!

We had a fantastic time staying at Mark's condo. The location is perfect - right on one of the most beautiful beaches on St Thomas. The beach in front of the condo was very quiet too - most of the people "camp out" on the beach around the corner at Sapphire so the condo felt secluded. Mark was really helpful and friendly. It was our first time renting with VRBO and he set the bar high. We felt like he genuinely wanted us to have a great vacation. I would definitely recommend staying here. I know anyone would have a truly wonderful time at a great price. The view is unforgettable. I hope we can return again soon!

My husband, toddler, and I stayed at this condo in early December. It really was the perfect location on St. Thomas - you couldn't ask for better views! The condo was perfect for us, and the balcony was very large - our toddler loved to run out there every single morning! It was also great to fall asleep to the sound of the waves every night, and still feel safe leaving our balcony doors open. If we ever return to St. Thomas., we will stay here again!

My husband and I stayed at Mark's condo for vacation back on April 2010, it's just great, right on the beach so you can listen to the ocean. You can watch the sun rise without getting out of bed! Breath taking. It nice, quiet and clean. The marina next to the condo is convenient if you want to go on a snorkeling trip or an adventure to other islands. We went on the Breakaway II, highly recommended. Mark is a great help when you have questions or are looking for suggestions on what to see and do. I would stay here again for sure! I'm still thinking about that view from the balcony.....

I strongly recommend staying at this beautiful condo. The beach is amazing and just steps away. I have used vrbo many times and the customer service from the condo owner was the best I have ever experienced. Quality condo at a great price.

After months of working out the details to get married on the beach in north Florida, the Deep Water Horizon sunk and created the horrible oil spill. We were forced at a late date to make other plans. We found Mark's place at Sapphire Beach and simply could not have been happier. Mark bent over backwards to help make our plans happen and our trip was a dream of an experience that we will never forget, starting with the first sunrise over St. John. This unit is perfectly located, close enough to the beach to feel the crash of the surf, yet secluded enough to avoid the crowds. The east end of St. Thomas is perfect for the individual who wants both the glitz and glamor as it's just a short "safari" ride into Charlotte Amaile, and yet right next to the village of Red Hook, where you will gain a new appreciation for the meaning of "island time". Also in Red Hook are the ferries to St. John, as well as to BVI. Will we book again? Absolutely! Should you? No question!!
