Our property is a 2bdrm/2ba condo (1150 sq. ft.) located on the 23rd floor of Emerald Isle, tastefully decorated, tile throughout (no carpet), granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and an extra large bubble balcony (270 sq. ft.) located directly off the living room & master bedroom. Our condo is gulf-front - no roads to cross.
****This condo comes with a RESERVED COVERED PARKING SPACE located on the 3rd floor of our building with easy access to the elevator and luggage carts****.
The Master Suite with private bath is Gulf front and furnished with a King size bed. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen and Twin size bed. There is a Queen size pull out sofa located in the living room.
We are located on the quiet, west-end of Panama City Beach - 1 mile west of Route 79 with easy access to Hwy. 98 (Back Beach Road) and the new Airport . We are 1.8 miles from Pier Park -a new shopping and entertainment complex including more than 100 shops/restaurants and the 16 Screen Grand Theater. We are a short drive to Seaside and Rosemary Beach.

My family had a wonderful time at the beach and we couldn't have chosen a more perfect condo! The view from the 23rd floor was breathtaking! The condo was beautifully decorated with many upgrades - extremely clean and well maintained. Very comfortable and homey! Great location for adults and teens and the beach was not shoulder to shoulder with people! The D'Alfonso's are super to rent from and we will most definitely consider this unit again!

We had a wonderful time at the D'Alfonzo's condo, it was beautiful with a great view. We would highly recommend it to others!! The condo was so roomy and had so many amenities. The location was GREAT, so close to restaurants, Prier Park and grocery stores. This vacation exceeded all that we had hoped for!! We can't wait to use the D'Alfonzo's condo again!!! Thanks for making our family vacation the best one yet!!!

We had the best time at the D'Alfonso's! We could not have made a better choice in a place to stay. The condo way surpassed our expectations, and everything was true to the description and then some. It was very clean, and very well maintained, and very well stocked with anything you would need. I would highly recommend this property for the location, amenities and price! We loved being right on the ocean, and sleeping with the doors cracked was very therapeutic. So much we had to get the fan out and sleep with the fan running for that great white noise when we got home! We enjoyed the swimming pools, hot tub, and being able to walk right out onto the beach. Pier Park was very nice too. We did so much, and had such a great time, and thanks so much to the D'Alfonso's for being such an intricate part of our vacation!

Gorgeous Views! Gorgeous Views! Gorgeous Views! We love the balcony. We loved eating, drinking our morning coffee and reading while taking in the view on the balcony. Top of line condo; very comfortable; tastefully decorated; wonderful kitchen. Great location, no traffic problems using Back Beach Road, loved Pier Park! Beach was beautiful. Great owners, very easy to work with. Will return to this condo again!
