Our Gulfview II unit (Unit 309) is a wonderful property with a nice view of the water located across from the Gulf of Mexico on Old Highway 98. One of the best deals around, this cozy one bedroom is comfortably decorated featuring cathedral ceiling, private balcony, and is ready for a fun vacation. Gulfview is ideal for couples, small families, or the business traveler. Nice and affordable. Located on the complex's top floor (3rd).

Our condo; You will want to park in the spaces closer to the road. The stair case is located on the side building, closest end to the beach right as you pull into parking lot.
Fantastic place to get Cajun Seafood dishes and Oysters. Just a few steps from our condo. Very short walk.

One of the best known outfitter, fishing, hunting, camping, clothing stores around. They have a very neat, large aquariam that hosts some of the local game fish species. Very close to condo--5 minute drive
Well known shopping area---has it all: boutiques, shops, stores, bars, restaurants, etc...5 minute drive from condo
Large factory "outlet" center. Many stores. Outstanding shopping.

Comfortable bed, clean unit, well stocked kitchen. Great view of ocean. Able to see the dolphins in early morning and evening. Loved being able to walk down stairs, cross the street and be on the beach within minutes. Owner easy to work with. Deposit returned promptly. Thankful that there was soap, garbage bags and toliet paper awaiting my arrival. Had great weather, beautiful water and a good week. Both pools clean. One heated. Overall guest population friendly. No noise issues. I did walk to 3 nearby restaurants. Pompano Joe's was my favorite.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

My family and I just returned from a wonderful 8 days in your beautiful condo! I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this condo was for the price I paid. I wasn't expecting anything fancy but this place was so clean and up to date that I look forward to staying there again in the future! The beach was right across the street and was simply beautiful! The only downfall of the condo was it's location on the 3rd floor (but everyone needs a little exercise!) I hope the damage to the beach isn't too devastating so we can return next year! And thanks so much to Mark for being so helpful!

We stayed in your condo labor day week. We had a great time, loved the place! It was a perfect location with the beach so close yet little traffic. We found everything we needed and hope to be back next year.

This newly redecorated unit is very clean and comfortable with a great view of the Gulf. There is plenty of room for a small family to have a great time at the beach. The beach is less than 50 yards from the complex. We will definately return for another stay soon.
