  Great condo in a great location at a great price! I don't think we could have found a better place for the money. The condo was clean and sufficient, the walk to the beach took only seconds. Highly recommend!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

  This is a great condo.It is just as the pictures show it fully furnished with very comfortable beds and a kitchen with all your needs.The condo is on the third floor near the front of the complex with a great view of the beach from the balcony.It is a very short walk to the beach.In front of complex is also a walking/bike path up and down scenic hwy 98.The pools and hot tub and exterior of complex are very clean and well maintained and the whole place is quiet and comfortable.We were well pleased with it all. The owner Mark was easy to work with.I would recommend this property to anyone

  The photos shown in this listing are exactly what the condo looks like, especially the view from the balcony (though in person it is even better). This property was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The pools were great. The exterior of this property was very clean and well maintained as well. The location of this property was very close to everything. Also, the owner of this condo, Mark Trafton, was very easy to work with. He stayed in touch from beginning to end. In fact, I returned home on Friday night and recieved my cleaning deposit check back on the following Tuesday!! I will DEFINATELY be staying here again in the future and have already referred it to a couple of people here at home. I am still in shock about the affordability of this condo, especially considering the great condo and the great location it was in!! I would definately recommend this condo!!

  Thank you for letting us enjoy your condo. It was a fabulous vacation, we could not have asked for anything better. The views were breath taking and the location to the beach was wonderful. We liked the fact that the walk to the beach was just minutes and the beach itself was not overcrowded. Thank you again for letting us experience this vacation at your location.

  Comfortable bed, clean unit, well stocked kitchen. Great view of ocean. Able to see the dolphins in early morning and evening. Loved being able to walk down stairs, cross the street and be on the beach within minutes. Owner easy to work with. Deposit returned promptly. Thankful that there was soap, garbage bags and toliet paper awaiting my arrival. Had great weather, beautiful water and a good week. Both pools clean. One heated. Overall guest population friendly. No noise issues. I did walk to 3 nearby restaurants. Pompano Joe's was my favorite.

  My family and I just returned from a wonderful 8 days in your beautiful condo! I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this condo was for the price I paid. I wasn't expecting anything fancy but this place was so clean and up to date that I look forward to staying there again in the future! The beach was right across the street and was simply beautiful! The only downfall of the condo was it's location on the 3rd floor (but everyone needs a little exercise!) I hope the damage to the beach isn't too devastating so we can return next year! And thanks so much to Mark for being so helpful!

  We stayed in your condo labor day week. We had a great time, loved the place! It was a perfect location with the beach so close yet little traffic. We found everything we needed and hope to be back next year.

  This newly redecorated unit is very clean and comfortable with a great view of the Gulf. There is plenty of room for a small family to have a great time at the beach. The beach is less than 50 yards from the complex. We will definately return for another stay soon.

  We enjoyed our stay in your condo so much that we will be back. It was more like home than any place I have ever been.
