Usually our rentals are at about HALF of what the resort charges and a great value for families, seniors, etc. The condos have more than 3 x the room of a normal hotel room!
Please note that a week can begin on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday! Also, we typically rent less than 7 nights at a time, but we can rent for a full week, as well.

Historic Powhatan Resort
Located 2-3 miles from Colonial Williamsburg, historic 256-acre Historic Powhatan Resort is highlighted by the restored, furnished Manor House (circa 1735) listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The resort offers indoor/outdoor pools, tennis courts, a playground, an outdoor pavilion, and hiking and exercise trails. Golfers will enjoy discounted greens fees at Virginia's only Nicklaus-designed golf course at the nearby Williamsburg National course.

Why the Owner Chose Williamsburg
Who We Are
We are a young family who enjoys vacationing. Before kids, we took numerous trips throughout the US, acquiring timeshares along the way. Once our three kids arrived, we knew that we’d never stay in another hotel room again. We love the space, convenience and flexibility timeshares provide. There is always plenty of space and we save money by having the ability to eat in as many meals as we desire. Plus, the resorts where we stay are always family friendly and provide a wide range of activities for everyone in our family.
Our eyes are now bigger than our stomachs, so to speak, and we have more units than we have time to use them. That’s why we are offering our units here.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our Resort is our Home Away from Home. We love to visit Colonial Williamsburg even when do not buy passes! We enjoy our bikes on most vacations and Williamsburg is one we will always take bikes along. With our condo we usually will eat in Breakfast and Dinner while enjoying Lunch out on the town. If you like Christmas, you will love Williamsburg and Colonial Williamsburg.
