Usually our rentals are at about HALF of what the resort charges and a great value for families, seniors, small groups, etc. The condos have more than 3 x the room of a normal hotel room! In fact, compare the cost of 3 hotel rooms and you will never go back to a regular hotel room! Besides you get all the additional features of a condo like a kitchen, living room, patio/deck, etc.
We have very limited SUMMER AVAILABILITY and only rent Sunday through Thursday nights, if at all. Please do not ask us for a SUMMER WEEKEND RENTAL. We focus all our attention on SPRING, FALL, and WINTER rentals...
There is no better time to visit our resort than now! We just visited over Easter Break last year and it was really amazing. We loved our stay and know you will you do the same.
We typically rent for 3 to 5 nights but stays of a week and longer can often times be accommodated! If renting for exactly 7 nights, our best rates begin on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Other popular day trip destinations include our favorite Virginia Beach (approx 1 hr)! Also, Norfolk (approx 1/2 hr), Richmond (approx 1 hr), and Washington DC (approx 2 hrs) are a short drive away. There are plenty of museums in the area and activities galore.
PLEASE NOTE: You are our guest and you will NOT be required to attend a timeshare presentation unless you choose to do so. If you would like to attend, please be forewarned - your 90 minute commitment will probably turn into 2 or 3 hours. You have to decide if your vacation time is worth the incentive or gift they are offering.

We had a wonderful stay at Greensprings Plantation. The condo was extremely accomodating. The beds were comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was a bonus. Its a great location for a vacation at Colonial Williamsburg. We had a very relaxing weekend and would love to come back.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

About the owner: We are a young couple with young children who enjoy traveling and now can't stay in anything less than a 2 BR condo. Might sound like you and your family right about now.
Why the Owner Chose Williamsburg:
We enjoy traveling and taking regular vacations. Before kids, we took numerous trips throughout the US, acquiring timeshares along the way. Once our three kids arrived, we knew that we’d never stay in another hotel room again. We love the space, convenience and flexibility timeshares provide. There is always plenty of space and we save money by having the ability to eat in as many meals as we desire. Plus, the resorts where we stay are always family friendly and provide a wide range of activities for everyone in our family.
Our schedules and commitments at home does not allow us to travel so freely. We still take regular vacations but just not as often. That’s why we are offering our condo here.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our Resort is our Home Away from Home. With our condo we usually will eat in breakfast and dinner while enjoying lunch out on the town.
We also love to visit Colonial Williamsburg even when do not buy passes! If you like Christmas, you will love Williamsburg and Colonial Williamsburg.
We enjoy our bikes on most vacations and Williamsburg is one we will always take bikes along. We found that riding our bikes on the battlefields of Yorktowne is really special, too!
