The Greenhouse: A peaceful retreat minutes from all Williamsburg has to offer

At the Greenhouse you are minutes to everything Williamsburg has to offer; Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Water Country, the College of William and Mary, Yorktown Battlefield, local wineries and breweries, and restaurants galore!

Our house is set on a spacious, private location while still being just a few miles away from all the great attractions. There is plenty of room for a family to spread out as well as rooms to gather together. Enjoy being outside- you may even catch a glimpse of some deer, turkeys, and other wildlife and spend time cooling off in the private pool (open seasonally).

Inside there is a game room with a poker table and board games, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, and a washer and dryer. Everything to make your vacation as easy and relaxing as possible.

The Pet Resort at Greensprings is located right next door. Ask for availability for Doggy Daycare so you can enjoy a longer day away without having to worry about your pets.

Loved, loved our four-day stay. Jill was so responsive to every question. The pool to relax by and enjoy our drinks in the evening before dinner was a huge plus. Enjoyed the front porch with my coffee and book each morning before we headed out to Williamsburg, Yorktown and Jamestown. All attractions an easy 15-20 minute drive.

We stayed here for a week in Williamsburg Va and this house was a fantastic vrbo rental I highly recommend anyone staying here while in Williamsburg, Va. We will 110% stay here again when we come back to Williamsburg.

This was our second time renting The Greenhouse and we cannot say enough about how lovely this rental is. The owners Jill and Jeff are very responsive and have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable, and the stay very easy. The inside of the house is so comfortable, spacious, and welcoming; the outside pool area is ideal for relaxation. Highly recommend!

Great property, centrally located only about three miles from all the stores you would need. Very close to Historic Williamsburg and only about 20 minutes to the parks. Pool was a great place for the end of long day exploring. Host was very responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean and beautifully laid-out. Our kids couldn’t have been more excited about the private pool and we loved how close the house to both Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. I’d recommend this house to anyone planning a visit to the area.

This property was perfect. Close to downtown and Busch Gardens. Shopping of all kinds is 10 minutes away. The pool and outdoor area was gorgeous. It was really hot when we were visiting and is was so peaceful and private. The rooms are clean and bright. Upstairs master bedroom and bathroom were outstanding. The kitchen has everything you need to cook or you can grill outdoors. We have been coming to Williamsburg almost 40 years and usually stay at a time share property. This was a really great alternative. The owners were nearby if needed and they allow dogs. We were very satisfied with our stay.

What an amazing property that is truly pet friendly in every way. Comfortable beds, spacious living spaces and well appointed kitchen. Our hosts were truly gracious. We only stayed 3 nights and I wish we’d stayed longer!

Incredibly beautiful and peaceful retreat! The property is gorgeous - surrounded by greenery - sitting on the porch felt very serene. The house itself was well equipped and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The location was also great - it was close to attractions in Williamsburg and Jamestown. Highly recommend the Virginia Capital Trail nearby (we rented bikes at Spoke & Art Provisions Co. only 5 min away, and it was one of the highlights of our trip)! Would definitely stay at this lovely home again.

The house was perfect for my family vacation to Williamsburg! The location is near all of the attractions and there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The home itself is well appointed and everything you need is there. It was very clean and spacious. The outdoor area was very nice as well. Jill is a fantastic host and was very communicative before and during our stay, she made our visit seamless and was available to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely rent it again when visiting Williamsburg.

What a beautiful property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Greensprings; surrounded by nature and a short drive to all of the major sites around Williamsburg, it was a perfect spot for our family of 6. The pool was a bonus, our evenings were spent swimming and playing corn hole. Mornings were spent on the front porch, sipping coffee and watching for deer, we saw several in the field leading up to the house. The washer and dryer was a plus and the owners made sure we had all of the necessities. The board games were welcomed, we had a couple rainy evenings and there was even a sno-cone maker with syrups. The location is perfect and I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to visit the Historic Triangle, it is perfectly located and provides some peace and quiet after a day of touring the historic sites.
