laundry area with washer ( no drier as in Medellin clothes are air dry really fast ).
The master bedroom has a double size bed with an empty closet, a tv with cable and a great big window overlooking a stream of water. The water noise at night is really mesmerizing and cool.
The third bedroom has two twin sized beds, and empty closet and a big window that brings lot sof light in.
The bathrooms have been completely renovated.
The den has a large TV with cable, Wi-fi, a sofa, a desk with 2 chairs.
There is local Phone service.
The kitchen is brand new and has a great large window.
Next to it is the laundry area and the small maids bedroom plus the maid's bathroom.
The living and dining room are very bright.
You will feel right at home! Rincon de Oviedo is 100% owner occupied. You can meet locals an chat with them. Local families live in this condo since it was built.

THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE IN MEDELLIN. IT IS IN THE BEST NEIGHBORHOOD AND LOCATION. EVERYTHING IN THE 2 BEDROOM CONDO WAS PERFECT. A LARGE GROCERY STORE IS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET AND THE 2 BEST SHOPPING MALLS ARE A VERY SHORT WALK AWAY. EVERYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONDO IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL FROM THE OWNERS TO THE SECURITY GAURDS AND STAFF. YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER PLACE.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We truly enjoyed our stay at your home in Medellin. It was our first time in Medellin and staying at your home made us feel like it was home away from home. The photo's display an accurate account of the condo, as it is nicely decorated with modern furnishing. As a New Yorker, I felt very much like I was at home in a New York Condo, surrounded by the beauty of Medellin Columbia. The condo was very clean and neat and stocked with everything we needed. It was nice to have the hotel across the street for quick taxi service to great locations for dinner. We enjoyed having the shopping mall and grocery store nearby as well. We would recommend your home to our friends and family. The owner was very helpful in answering questions and helping us feel knowledgeable about Columbia and our upcoming trip.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

My father and I stayed here for one week while I was looking for a school to teach English at as a second language. Other than Medellin being GORGEOUS! This place was gorgeous too! Very clean and close to everything you could want! Food, shopping, schools, and amazing nightlife! Super safe to walk around during the day and at night. The security guards are also very helpful and always willing to call you a taxi and tell you where to go, and areas not to go! Amazing place! :)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

My adult son and I spent 8 nights in late October 2010 and could not have been more pleased. Accomodations were even better than listed, we were centrally located for all we wanted to experience in Poblado, and the condo was always a welcome and secure haven. I much enjoyed falling to sleep with the sounds of the river beside the playground. Security staff were extremely helpful, and the owner's mother residing in the same building provided answers to all questions and concerns. The mountain views, ready access to groceries, shopping and dining, and above all, the paisas helpfulness were unparalled. Mucho Gracias Monica, and we hope to again enjoy your hospitality! I truly enjoyed my stay in this property during my visit to Medellin for the Feria de las Flores event. I found the condo to be spacious, clean, with nice decor, and in a excellent location- Poblado. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. Besides the property being located in a nice area of Medellin it is also gated in with 24 hour security. Overall, I can say that I recommend this property and I will definately go back. You will feel at home!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Little we knew about this Amazing city and all there was to see, when we arrived to this beautiful apartment. First it was ¨Hotel clean¨, there is a pool, the owner was always available to answer and give info. All the places she mentioned, we went to see and everything was very close. There is a very good mall Öviedo, which has everything from clothes, presents, local stuff, supermarket and a great food court...for those who don´t feel like cooking.The Metro, takes about 10 min to get to the Museo of Antioquia, where Fernando Botero has his personal collection and lots of his art work. (Must see!), Calle 10, Parque Lleras and surroundings are full of stores, bars, restaurants, with Paisas ready to help, very friendly and happy people. I love Medellin and hope to be back ASAP!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

My family and I stayed at this apartment from Nov 4-8. The apt is clean, beautiful, modern deco. Comfortable, clean beds. Very clean bathroom & kitchen. Right across from Oviedo Mall and Pomona grocery store. Very convenient to everything. Always felt safe. I recommend it to anyone! I look forward to staying there again. I stayed in this apartment during the week of June 20 - 28 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The apartment is very nice and is indeed ideally located. The security guards are very helpful and courteous and Oviedo Mall is a short walk across the street.
