We are professionals currently working in New York City. We have an eight years old daughter.
We love Medellin, and hope you will love it too. Many americans are finding that the CITY OF ETERNAL SPRING has a lot to offer to tourists.
Why the Owner Chose Medellin
Medellin has Spring, and Summer like weather throughout the year. Normally is 68F degrees, and sunny.
It is amazing to go to the mountains to hike, to visit the small towns around the city, and to talk to the locals. They are very kind and will love your visit.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The apartment is in the best location, in the best neighborhood. Across the street of Oviedo Mall, and the Four Point's Sheraton Hotel.
This is our home, and we want to make your stay in Colombia a very memorable experience. We rent only to american friends, and responsible adults.
The building does not allow parties, or girls sleeping over. It is a very nice owner occupied condominium, not a hotel. We appreciate your understanding.
