We purchased this unit in Late Summer '08 and have completely redone it. All new appliances, all new furniture, granite countertops, and fresh paint.
This property is an extension of our home and we welcome you as special guests. Because of this, we have put all the niceties that we love at home also in this condo: 55", 42", and two 32" HDTV's, dedicated Hi-Speed Wi-Fi Internet, and Wii, PS3 and XBox360 systems.
Our goal is to give you an excellent value and to exceed your expectations, as you vacation in our place.
Our home away from home in Panama City Beach is professionally decorated and is CHILD FRIENDLY! It features three bedrooms and two full baths, full wet bar, fully stocked kitchen, and full-size washer and dryer.
The Master Bedroom suite features a king-size bed and 42" HDTV and DVD player. Leading into the Master Bath is a separate vanity and dressing area with mirrored walk-in closet.
The Master Bath features a jetted whirlpool tub large enough for two, separate shower, and double vanities. Directly off of the Master is balcony access overlooking the gorgeous white sandy beaches of PCB!
The Guest Bedroom features a queen-size bed, 32" HDTV TV, DVD player, and direct access to a full bathroom.
The third bedroom has bunk beds and a 32" HDTV and DVD player. We have added a twin trundle bed under the lower bunk which will allow this room to comfortably accommodate 3 children.
The fully stocked kitchen includes all appliances, place settings for eight, pantry and breakfast bar.
The large balcony can be accessed from either the living room or master bedroom and overlooks the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico!
Finally, in addition to all the below amenities, our unit comes with access to two beach chairs and umbrella on the beach (normally a $150 per week cost).

* Must be 25 years of age to rent. ADULTS MUST BE PRESENT during ENTIRE STAY. STRICTLY ENFORCED.
* This is a NO SMOKING unit. Smoking in unit is grounds for forfeiture of damage deposit.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love that the Majestic Towers has everything you need right there. Starbucks coffee in the morning. A pool-side bar and grill for lunch and dinner times. Also, we have 2 beach chairs rented for our unit for the entire season. If you need to go get anything for your stay, Wal-Mart is about 1/2 a mile away.

This is the third time we have stayed at the Majestic and this is by far the nicest condo that we have stayed in. Not only is the condo as beautiful as the pictures but the owner is very nice and a pleasure to work with. You can tell that they have put much thought into ensuring that those who visit have a great stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with and there is a whole closet with things for the beach which was really nice. I also have to add this condo owner rents beach chairs for his guests to use and we loved that. It was so nice to just go down to the beach and have a place to sit. We love the chairs and table on the deck as well. Every night we would enjoy a glass of wine looking out onto the ocean. I look forward to returning here again and wish everyone was as nice to work with as this condo owner is. One more thing he has an awesome keycode system as well where you don't need to remember your key just a code. Like I said he has thought of many things to make sure you have a great vacation.

My husband and I went with my in-laws for a wedding in Panama City and stayed at this beautiful condo! The location is great...right on the beach, and close to all the shops and restaurants. The condo was decorated so nicely and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a wonderful time!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Wow! This is a beautifully decorated condo. The master suite is awesome and has a sliding door to the balcony. There are two other rooms: one has a bunkbed. The full kitchen has all necessary cook and dining ware. You are able to watch the sunset sitting on the balcony, which is equiped with a table and four chairs and lounge chair. We enjoyed eating on the balcony. I loved waking up in the master bedroom with the full view of the ocean. This condo is on the 8th floor, high enough to minimize most noise, but low enough to take the stairs for exercise.

The unit was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable and accomodating. The extra little things (coolers, beach chairs, etc) made our vacation more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.
