Abaco Blue is an absolute waterfront, newly refurbished property with stunning views of the Sea of Abaco. Just 20 minutes walk South of the Hope Town settlement the house is situated in the quiet neighborhood of Lucayos which gives lots of privacy and peace.
The main house has a huge sitting area with windows and doors on 3 sides giving panoramic views of the Sea of Abaco and Parrot Cay. There are 2 big master bedrooms with king beds, walk in closets and new en suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have large sliding doors that give great views and direct access onto the deck. The kitchen is brand new and has granite tops and all facilities.
Downstairs, with its own patio and great views, is a self contained apartment (known as Baby Blue) with twin beds, a sitting area, new bathroom and fully equipped kitchen (including granite counter tops).
The house is ideal for 3 couples or teenage children who want their own space!
The whole house is air conditioned and has a back up generator - very important on the islands as there are frequent power cuts between April and November.
A grocery store and beach bar are 10 minutes walk away.
The house enjoys wonderful sunsets and is the perfect base for exploring the historic settlement of Hope Town and Elbow Cay.

Why the Owner Chose Hopetown
We fell in love with Hope Town the first time we visited in 2007 and were lucky enough to find Abaco Blue on the last day of house hunting. We were immediately struck by the wonderful waterfront location that gives stunning views from every room. The house has a lovely tropical garden and we enjoy watching the butterflies and birds, especially the hummingbirds and woodpeckers. We use the deck everyday and love to watch the boats pass by.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We have spent the last 6 months refurbishing our home and it has brand new kitchens and bathrooms. It has been upgraded to a very high standard and all of the appliances are new. It is a light, sunny, happy beach house that provides a great base for your Hope Town holiday. We are in a beautiful quiet area but close enough to walk into Hope Town or just take a 5 minute golf cart drive to any of the wonderful beaches. Our community dock is available for you to use and you will enjoy meeting our neighbors.
