Great private back yard to fall a sleep or read a good book or even listen to the waves. Short walk to the sand through Moran Lake Beach ( 1 mile of sandy beach). Relax in the covered hot tub after a sun filled day at the beach. Take a hot or cold outside shower after surfing. You are about a 15 minute bike ride from down town Capitola Beach and fine dinning. This property has a small side cottage with a seperate yard and entrance that is occupied year round.

  • We stayed at the Beach House in early July and had a WONDERFUL time. Three adults and two children, the house is comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. We used the wagon to take the kids down to the beach, used the wake boards and sand toys, and rode the bikes. The backyard is beautiful. We hope to stay here again next year!

  • THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!! I want to spend all Santa Cruz vacations in this place. You will not find a better place or better value anywhere. It is perfectly located so you are close to everything. You will feel spoiled in this house. Perfectly furnished for any visitor and the house is so wonderful inside and outside. Hot tub, patio, beach equipment/toys, wetsuits, etc. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect and memorable. It is perfect for families and our dog loved the great yard. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood to relax. Spoil yourself and stay in this awesome place!!!!
