3 sets of French doors lead to very private yards. We love to listen to the waves from the master bedroom. We walk to the beach never worrying about the traffic and parking hassles associated with beach houses.

Lovely house, super hot tub, pity about the rude neighbour.

Unfortunately, our stay at the house was ruined due to very rude neighbours who swore at us and complained in a very rude manner when we used the hot tub. The holiday was a family re-union from England and it became very awkward to use the garden after the verbal abuse of the neighbour. Unfortunately, the owners were not very helpful to us with regard to this problem. Apart from this, the house was lovely, very clean and tidy, and quite near to the beach. Luckily, after staying here, we carried on with our re-union at another house and had no problems there.
Owner response:Pleasure Point Surf Area. Has a 10:00 pm noise curfew. The home is located in a queit neighborhood. The neighbors have to get up and go to work. If you like a gueit relaxing place to stay and read a good book or walk to the beach ths is the spot.

We stayed at the Beach House in early July and had a WONDERFUL time. Three adults and two children, the house is comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. We used the wagon to take the kids down to the beach, used the wake boards and sand toys, and rode the bikes. The backyard is beautiful. We hope to stay here again next year!

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!! I want to spend all Santa Cruz vacations in this place. You will not find a better place or better value anywhere. It is perfectly located so you are close to everything. You will feel spoiled in this house. Perfectly furnished for any visitor and the house is so wonderful inside and outside. Hot tub, patio, beach equipment/toys, wetsuits, etc. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect and memorable. It is perfect for families and our dog loved the great yard. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood to relax. Spoil yourself and stay in this awesome place!!!!
