Un patio inferior adicional se sienta más lejos. ¡RELÁJATE en el asiento de la ventana con un libro o junto al fuego en la sala de estar mientras observas a los delfines, surfistas, ballenas ocasionales y juegas! Dé un paseo por el paseo marítimo recién pavimentado en East Cliff y tome un bocado y café en el recientemente remodelado "Pleasure Point Cafe" a la vuelta de la esquina, en un ambiente informal de playa. ¡Esta área es el hogar de la película de surf "Chasing Mavericks"!

We had a great stay! The views are truly incredible! Sitting outside during sunset and listening to the waves crash was so peaceful. The location was great and we enjoyed driving to downtown Santa Cruz, Monterey and Carmel by the sea. We went grocery shopping and were happy to see that the kitchen had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful location with fabulous ocean views and close to the beach. But, the area in front of the house is not beach. House was well stocked and the beach cart was particularly helpful. The checkin time of 4 seemed very late, especially with a checkout of 10:30. But otherwise the process was smooth. We were traveling with our adult kids and grandkids and fit in the space well. Thanks for a lovely weekend!

Beautiful view. Safe area. Close by beach. Lots of amenities. The only thing was. The pictures shows a beach from the patio and there was no beach. All rocks and high tied. I know the tied is different and different time of the year. But it showed be addressed.

Great location great views. There were issues with the heating system and some other minor problems. The property manager worked hard to get someone out to work on system. I would recommend it

My family and I had a perfect week in mid-September at this beach house. Roomy, clean, perfect location and well stocked with linens and paper products. Right on the water… if we had been closer to the ocean, we’d have been in a submarine! Highly recommend this beach house!

Family Vacation

Our stay at Pleasure Point was amazing! The waves crashing below the balcony was a bonus. The walk to the beach was just a few houses down from the driveway. The house was very accommodating and fully stocked. We loved it!

Chillin' at Pleasure Point.

Plenty of room for grandma and grandpa, 2 moms, 2 dads, 3 grandchildren. Easy walk to the beach, lots to do in Santa Cruz.

I have stayed at this property in past years before it was listed with Vrbo! It’s located close to most of my hangs when I come to Santa Cruz and Capitola! Very Quiet, and clean, with plenty of room! I had trouble with the main Tv set and the upstairs set! Neither had the right controls until I notified the property manager! A TV expert was sent over to find the correct controls.I plan on coming back to A front row seat again soon! Thanks!

Amazing Home Away From Home

We booked this place for my mother’s 60th birthday and it was great. The location was ideal for all the activities we had planned during our stay. The house was very well cleaned and supplied everything you needed to enjoy a home away from your own. The layout was nice a supplied addition privacy and plenty of space for multiple people including kids! But the overall best part is the view, it’s private and we saw everything from whales and dolphins to surfers and boats, you could see the pier and board walk day or night as long as it was clear. This house is definitely a place our family would book again.

Family stay in Santa Cruz

The house was well stocked and mostly clean. The view was absolutely great. The neighbor hood is quiet. The chair cushions a bit stained otherwise at 5.

Older home but nice. Two units (one downstairs and a separate unit upstairs.) Patio area was PERFECT - couldn’t get a closer ocean view. Saw seals, otters, Borland even a whale! One item we requested to be added for safety was a lock on the back gate The caregiver said she would talk with the owner. Really though, an excellent place. .

Needs TLC and a Refresh

Although the beautiful view could not be surpassed, the space needs a refresh. First impressions: the musty smell was a turnoff; the bed and kitchen linens were worn and dingy; outdoor seat cushions were past their prime; and there was no spare TP or paper towels. These things could easily be rectified.Access to the upstairs is through the garage. This should be noted for anyone with children.Good things - adequate parking, clean updated bathrooms, the host provided a high chair, and a nice common area. The kitchen was fine, and we appreciated the large refrigerator and coffee makers.

Just What We Were Looking For

This is a great beach house, it's not fancy, but it's clean, very comfortable, has plenty of off street parking, and it was the perfect location for our family. Not shown in the pictures, there is a brand new cooktop, oven and microwave. Our favorite part of the house was definitely the back deck off of the kitchen. Each morning we had coffee, watched the otters, sealions and an occasional pod of dolphins right off the shore, followed by wine and cheese each evening while watching the sun set. Great location between Seabright and Capitola, where there are many great restaurants and plenty of shops.

Spectacular views and many amenities.

We have now been at this house twice over the winter holidays, and we absolutely love it. It is spacious, good for big family groups, but provides plenty of private nooks and patios as well. The location could not be better: along East Cliff drive within walking distance of Pleasure Point, beaches, coffee shops, and other areas of interest. And the view facing the ocean is truly gorgeous--we love to watch seals and otters swim right in front of the house. Tara is very responsive and the house is well equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and plans, and kitchen space. The fireplace in the morning was perfect for warming us up until the sun took over. We will definitely be back!
