Immaculate and beautifully appointed two bedroom/two bath tennis villa in desirable Indian River Plantation on Hutchinson Island – only 45 minutes from West Palm Beach International Airport. This spacious villa has everything to make you feel at home - linens, a fully equipped kitchen, even a washer and dryer. Flat screen televisions in living room and each bedroom. There are even board games to play and DVDs to watch.
Steps to the beach – steps to the heated pool – steps to the golf course. You decide – or just enjoy the screened-in porch overlooking the lovely grounds from this first floor end unit.
Our villa comes with membership in Marriott’s Ocean Club – with state of the art fitness center, marina, restaurants, tennis courts galore and an 18 hole golf course. Ride the courtesy resort tram between the beach, tennis, golf, hotel and restaurants. The marina offers dockage and sightseeing cruises up and down the Intracoastal Waterway.
Stuart's Historic Downtown area is a five minute drive and offers all types of dining and specialty shops. Orlando and its theme parks are two and a half hours to the North and Miami is two hours to the South.
Marriott's Hutchinson Island Resort offers a variety of restaurants, year-round live entertainment and dancing - or you may wish to enjoy a cocktail cruise.

We are a middle-aged professional couple living in Connecticut and our children are grown. I grew up in Rochester NY and my husband in Philadelphia.
Why the Owner Chose Marriott Beach & Marina (Indian River Plantation)
We had vacationed here at IRP many times over the years and always found it fun, safe and well run with lots of amenities - both for us and for our children. We have spent summer weeks here, Christmas weeks here, enjoyed adult golf getaways here in the fall. And, of course, the springtime is fabulous. We especially loved the Tennis Villas for their proximity to the beach (88 steps!) and their wonderful tennis court and pool (with barbeque gas grill) And it abuts the golf course. We are thrilled to have the chance to share this place with other families and guests. Biking is great here.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We have made our villa a home away from home for our guests - without any chores to do! We have up to date amenities and have remodeled the kitchen and baths. We regularly replace the linens and small appliances. It is just as we want our own home to be.
