This is a perfect location to enjoy the beach. Our large balcony gives you an amazing view of a beautiful stretch of ocean with the added bonus of perfect sunrise and sunset vistas. You will love the view of the ocean from every room (except the bath). We lovingly renovated every inch of our condo in July of 2009. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen wall mounted TV. Pocket doors open to the second bedroom with its own TV.
You will enjoy the beautifully decorated living area with a new flat screen 42 inch/HDTV and DVD. You might even want to cook in our fully equipped new kitchen with granite counters and bright new appliances. We are within walking distance of great restaurants, an oceanfront park, an amphitheater, great nightlife, The Mayo Hospital and much more. We have tried to make this vacation getaway a place you can relax, play and enjoy.

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Sandpiper and were so happy to have been able to spend a great Christmas vacation here! The owners, Raney and Steve, were very accessible and gracious hosts who made sure that the condo unit was in the shape that they would like if they were staying here. Attention to extra little details such as making sure there were paper products to kitchen items made the stay even better. The condo is beautifully decorated and the view from the balcony did not disappoint these sunrise watchers one bit!!! Within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants and the beach is spectacular---just out the door and there you are! So happy to find this great rental and should we come back we will definitely be staying here. Clean and well maintained with attention to every detail to make your stay simply perfect!!!

We can't say enough about what a great stay we had. The condo, the beach, & the weather were the best we have experienced. We are looking forward to our next stay. Great restaurants within walking distance as well as other types of businesses. We definitely would recommend this to anyone.

My husband and I loved our stay at the Sandpiper. The owners were responsive and kind, and the unit was lovely. Very beachy, light and airy with a wonderful view. It was also clean and well equipped. It was a fantastic getaway during Christmas while visiting our family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jacksonville Beach. The condo was neat as a pin, great beds, new appliances and TVs. The wifi was a real plus. It is even better than the pictures. The owners were the best - seemed to really care that we had a good time. I especially enjoyed the balcony that gave us sunrise and sunset views in addition to that beautiful ocean. Great place, can't wait to go back!
