Fountain Hills Retreat from winter

My elderly mother mother and I had a delightful time returning to Fountain Hills and staying at Casa Bella. The condo was very clean, neatly appointed and well loccated for activities in town. The beds were VERY comfortable. The living room sofa was challenging to get in and out of, even for this "young" daughter. Due to unit placement, there was minimal sunlight coming through the windows. More brighter lights in the living room would be helpful. The unit was well insulated as we rarely heard neighbor activity from neighboring units. The pool and hot tub were located just steps away, but unfortunately it wasn't quite warm enough to dive in. Debbie and Micki were very helpful and welcoming with a notebook of information about area activities, a welcome tray of goodies, including tea, coffee and sweets and a lovely bottle of wine. I would recommend Casa Bella to others looking for a quiet getaway.

Overall we found the unit to be in good maintenance and the owners to be very helpful. We all felt that we would be very happy to stay at this property if we were coming back to the area. We had a couple of items, which I know if we had contacted the owners, would have been taken care of immediately, but we decided to take care of ourselves. There was one glitch in that there was a misunderstanding as to our departure date, but we were contacted and were apologized for this. We all felt the owners went out of their way on our arrival to tell us about the unit, had additional items we were not expecting, gave us information about the area, and about events taking place that we might enjoy. The owners were also very accomodating to our time schedules relative to arrival and departure times as we, especially leaving, had some different times. Again, we would definitely lease the unit again and definitely would reccommend it to our friends.

While looking for a place to stay for our Arizona vacation we found this Fountain Hills condo only a short drive away from Scottsdale. Fountain Hills is a such a nice community. The condo is within walking distance of the fountain and shops in the area. The condo itself was in a nice, quiet complex. We enjoyed using the grill by the pool and eating dinner on the patio. I appreciated that small details were taken care of for us such as basic kitchen supplies with a tray of welcome snacks and coffee, lots of kitchen utensils (hasn't always been my past experience), bathroom essentials, and very comfortable beds with nice linens on them. The only thing I would have upgraded would be the basic cable to service with a few more channels , but all-in-all felt this condo was a great value in a great location.

HIDDEN GEM Incredible Value- Beautiful Condo- Wonderful Owners

We were fortunate enough to find this hidden gem through a friend of our who uses VRBO. My wife and I were "shopping" for a vacation spot in Fountain Hills during the July Fourth weekend while visiting some friends in Fountain Hills. We mentioned that while we were here we wanted to secure a location. they recommended VRBO. I quickly researched this site and viewed many different ads for Fountain Hills. I emailed many of the ads asking if we would be able to view the location while we were in town. The only response that we received was from the owner of this condo. I explained that we were here for a short time and our intentions were to secure a place for February. She gave me her telephone number to set up a convenient time to see the condo. We met late that evening at the condo . As soon as my wife and I walked in we were impressed. The decor was lovely. The condo was truly immaculate and the location was perfect. It was also a plus that it was a ground floor unit and close to the pool and parking area.Yet it was tucked in a nice quiet corner with a nice sized patio. We decided then and there that we take this location. I noticed that the condo wasn't leased and asked if it were available for the remaining time of our vacation. We arranged to stay at Casa Bella for our remaining nights in Fountain Hills. I am so glad that we stumbled upon Casa Bella. My search is over.

Great Arizona Vacation Spot

Excellent --- very homey, bright, roomy, great location, well cared for & clean. Pool area is lovely with a nice shaded area to sit and enjoy the view. Nice sized patio. The condo is very close to all the conveniences in Fountain Hills. We love Fountain Hills as it is a perfect location out of the city yet close enough to enjoy what Scottsdale, Phoenix & Arizona has to offer. Owners very friendly and helpful.

If you want to just sit on your patio and look at the scenery.......this is definitely NOT the place for you. I will fore word my review by saying that I am a Canadian living in Southwestern Ontario on a ten acre re forested property where my nearest neighbor is a quarter of a mile away and the only things I have to contend with in the morning walking out my front door is a Blue Jay and that saucy Red Squirrel. So to be in a Condominium complex with people is not my favourite place to be. None the less. We found this condo to be extremely central to everything we wanted to experience in Arizona....it,...........being very well appointed and nice for two couples, each having separate bedrooms and baths and so nice to wash your clothes while having to travel with only one suitcase betwixt hubby and myself. Fountain Hills is a gorgeous place in and of itself but we found it exceptionally handy to Scottsdale only being about twenty minutes away, with shopping to a girls, hearts content. From the Big Lots right to the posh Tommy Bahama stores. Yes, Scottsdale does have it all. We also enjoyed a simple three hour drive to the Grand Canyon and the Salt River Canyon. Rented motorcycles from the Harley dealer in town and proceeded to put 450 miles on them. This condo is ideally central to probably all the sights you would want to see in Arizona! And a special nod to our hostess' Deb and Micki.........personally meeting us at the condo, with wine! We appreciated all your offers to help find the "other" auctions, and I must just say here as an aside. While traveling in Arizona we had the best experiences of all time of people just stopping us.and asking...where ya from? and proceeding to tell us about the places we were in. The old timer at the abandoned gold mine....sharing what good hunting there was around there. The fellow biker pulling in at the gas station telling us to be careful in the mountains and that he hoped we dressed warm. I highly recommend this condo as being well maintained, centrally located, clean and exceptionally friendly to those "from away."

We stayed in this beautiful condo for over two months and found it to be immaculate and well maintained. The owners have put obvious care into the furnishing and decorating of the house. The complex had very friendly neighbors. The only drawback we found was the patio lacked privacy. Our home has total privacy, so this may not be a problem to others. Easy walking to all downtown areas

I was a bit leery leasing a vacation property sight unseen. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised as soon as we put our foot through the door. This condo was awesome. Immaculate, comfortable beds,quiet and secluded. Plenty of amenities. We will be back next year. This was a super find.
