Why the Owner Chose Fountain Hills
We loved Fountain Hills so much we decided to purchase this condo for family and friends when they visited. Now most of our family and friends live here. Yes, after usually the 2nd visit shopping for homes began. Our immediate families live here and also some extended members as well as close friends. So, now there aren't too many visitors who use the condo so we decided to turn it into a vacation rental and let others enjoy what we have been enjoying for the last 10 years.

My sister and I relocated to Arizona in 2000. We are native New Yawkers!! My sister happened upon Fountain Hills by accident. Her and her husband were curious to see the "world's tallest fountain" while visiting the sun Lakes area. As they say the rest is history. She called me from the Safeway Plaza located on Fountain Hills Blvd and said "I just found Paradise." I immediately went to the internet and researched this paradise called Fountain Hills that she raved about. I liked what I saw. Ten months later we were on the road moving to this wonderful paradise.
