Why the Owner Chose Calusa Bay North
We chose Calusa Bay because it has a good central location in Naples FL, close to shopping, beaches and fine dining. We liked the fact that Calusa Bay is a gated community and offers a health club, swimming pool, atrium, BBQ patios and tennis. It also has lovely paved bridges, stocked lakes and a seawall fishing pier with a two-mile nature walk.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
One of the most beautiful Naples beaches (Vanderbilt Beach) is only a 5-minute drive away from our home, where we can drop by to enjoy wonderful sunsets and relax, even if it’s just for a short time. Our community is very clean and well maintained with nice people. We like playing tennis but there are a bunch of other options for all sorts of activities one can think of. The open space condo and its brightness make the start of the day a joy, overlooking a lake and a fountain while having a first morning coffee or dining on our lanai. Altogether, it gives us a feeling of being in paradise.

We are both IT professionals. We have 2 children, daughter 17 years old and son 14. We are currently living in Berne, Switzerland, enjoying the snow and skiing in the Alps. We’re very active and like to travel a lot and on one of our trips, we discovered Naples and decided to make it our sunny holiday destination.
